We ordered food ahead of time online and when we got there we were told to wait 5 min, which is no problem. We ended up waiting for more than 15 min only to get home and realize that they gave us traditional wings instead of boneless. And the absolute worst part is that some of our chicken wings had feathers still on them. So disgusting and we will not be to this location again.

I am so disappointed in this location. I ordered food to-go. 10 traditional wings and carrots with dipping sauce. The wings had no sauce and were so dry I could barely shallow them. The carrots were dry and looked too questionable to eat. I was so hungry, I forced myself to eat some of the wings but ended up throwing away half of them, along with the carrots. I ordered the food and arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time so the food would be fresh. I live 8 minutes away from this location. The wings were dry, cold, and had no sauce. I’ll never return to this BWWs!

Ordered wings, cheese curds, and onion rings, totaling just under $50. Half of the wings had very little sauce on them. Cheese curds alright portion, but $10 for 6 onion rings??? Just sad how this place is going downhill.

We have came to this location a lot of times over the years…never have we had a server like the one we had yesterday for lunch! Jena H was our server and you can immediately tell she knows what she is doing, we haven’t seen her at this location before so we asked her if she was new, and to our surprise she was! She told us she’s been in the service industry for 10 years, and man can you tell! Best service we’ve ever had at any restaurant!! If you want spectacular service make sure she’s the one taking care of you!! As a former server myself I love getting great service, and it’s extremely hard to find these days!! Thank you for your amazing service Jena! You’re doing amazing!!

My husband took me out to dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings in Pewaukee. This was our first time here, and we were very impressed. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the atmosphere was great. There are so many TV screens here, and there were many shows to watch. Our server Ryan was very friendly, and he was very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant.

Very little positive about our Sunday early afternoon visit to this location. The restaurant was at about 30% capacity, and it seemed to be the same for their staff. There was a Packers game at our time of visiting, so I expected them to be ready for customers. We were greeted by an unhappy seater and waited about 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Those of us who ordered wings had few complaints, but one in our party ordered nachos (pictured) with burnt chips with little cheese, and the dish itself along with the fries were cold. Not to mention her drink was wrong. Added to the increasing prices it’s difficult to justify patronizing this location. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

I generally don’t like chain restaurants, but BWW has really stepped up their game. I ordered a Smash burger, and then for $1 got 6 boneless wings. The burger was big and tasty, the bun was nice, a good burger for a chicken place. I actually prefer boneless wings to eating the meat off the bone, and these were very good.
They have a lot of TVs and a not overcrowded bar. What more could a sports fan ask for.
The bartender was personable, attentive without being obtrusive. Also, they have a $3 24 ounce Goose Island beer that I enjoyed.
Less than $20 I had a burger, chips with salsa and cheese, boneless wings and 2 big beers. Deal!

I have been coming here since it opened many years ago, and I keep coming back. Out of all the BW3’s in our area, this one is by far the best. Tonight Ben and his staff were awesome as usual. Thanks to Ben, Kate and everyone behind the scenes.
