I honestly had given up hope on ALL Bdubs.. Until…. I foud this one!
For the most part, most of the ones I had been to made me sick.. or the food was crap.. service even worse!
But here, the wings are always good, and the bartenders are nice.
The only thing is when I order pick up… I find myself standing in the front for 15min waiting for someone to even acknowledge me.
When you ask someone for help, they say.. “someone will be right with you.”
I’ve lost my entire Lunch periods 2 separate times just waiting for someone to grab it for me.

Service was great. Decent prices. Lots of sports games on multiple tvs to watch while you eat. Wings were ok, the tenders were better, juicier. Everyone here was very friendly. We went on a Saturday around 6pm, there weren’t many people dining at the time. Food took a while to come out.

30 mins later and my ToGo order was still not ready. I had to leave without the food I paid for.
No hostess on duty so I had to place my order with the bartender. The restaurant was empty, except for the 2 gentleman sitting at the bar. The bartender was cordial, but moved with zero sense of urgency. She was actually staring at the 3 inches of head on the draft beer she had just poured when I walked up. My order was simple: (2) Buffalo Chicken wraps and a slice of cake. She said it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I returned in 20 minutes.
There was now 3 tables of about 7 ppl total and there was no server on duty.
She told me my food was almost ready. Then she disappeared into the kitchen for 3-5mins. Then I saw another young lady come from the restroom and go in the kitchen so I’m thinking great my food should be almost ready. Nope! Then after another 5 minute wait she brought out food for the man at the bar, and food for the tables. I asked her if my food was done. With MUCH attitude, she turns to me and says “we only have one cook! It’s almost done!”
I’m confused now because when I ordered there was no one there so why was my food not ready when I arrived? Yet he’s working on the order for the people who arrived after me. I assume they became a priority so she could actually make some tip money in this empty restaurant.
The only reason I waited that long (even though she could see I was working) is because I was passing through the state and I wanted to take someone food and at this point they already knew it was coming, but after her attitude, I told her to void the order because I was leaving. And just like the rest of the experience, she completely ignored me.
I understand restaurants have to run lean on labor when business is slow, but if this is the service people get when they do come BW3s cannot seriously expect people to keep returning.

By far – the worst experience I ever had for this place. Whoever is the management there or whoever they’re hiring, are ruining the franchise. And the funny thing is, the management and the staff does not care one bit. Whoever is corporate needs to shut this place down or hire a whole new crew because I am beyond disappointed. Waited in line for 10 to 15 minutes with MULTIPLE people waiting in line. I understand that it can get busy – but staff was moving like nothing was occurring. We can’t even go sit because they have to assign us the table. We waited to be seated, and the staff didn’t even try to welcome us or let us know they’ll be right back. Walked away and we waited another 10-15 minutes before they can take our order. They do this whether it’s busy or not. I was so fed up – i just got up and left. Please hire a crew that gives a crap about customer service because if I was corporate – this crew would’ve been replaced in a heartbeat.

The service here was so so slow. It took like ten minutes for us to be seated when the whole restaurant was empty. I saw one guy working and then once we were seated, it was another 15 min for him to take our drink order. My husband ordered an NA beer because he is doing dry January and they brought him a alcoholic beer. It’s not a big deal but I think with certain people they need to be extra careful with that. Then the guy took our food order and it took 35 minutes for us to get two orders of 10 boneless wings and some pretzel nuggets. And then from the rest of the time we were eating we never saw our waiter and ended up seeing the general manager and he came over to our table and asked how everything was, I did tell him that it was super slow and it was a little frustrating. Then when we were completely done eating we’re waiting for our waiter to come back. So a table to give us our check and boxes which she never did. So I went back up to the general manager and asked him if he could give us our check and boxes. I let him know about and the beer situation too. Our waiter finally came back and gave us our check and his excuse was ” I’m sorry I’m really busy “, even though there’s no one in the restaurant. All in all the food was good but I don’t think we would be coming back just because of how bad the service was.

Just left. Ordered online and my order should have been done at 4:10 but when I got here no one was at the front except multiple customers. After waiting for a bit, I informed a server of all the people in the pick up area. She said she would let someone know. After waiting again I let the bartender know. The bartender asked my name on the order and went to the back. The server finally came and said they are backed up so orders are being bagged now. After waiting an additional 15 minutes some girl came to the front getting everyone’s name. Then 10 minutes later orders started coming out. I know I put my order in an hour previously so I mentioned it to the girl again. She went to the back and came back with others food twice. I asked someone leaving what her pick up time was she said 4:39. When I turned around the girl went to the pick up warmer and grabbed a bag then handed it to me. The bag was there the WHOLE TIME!!!! The food was cold because it was in the warmer with the door open for over an hour!!! The manager would not even come out to give me a refund. By this time girl behind the counter had an attitude and was digging in her nose with her dry face and too much gloss on her lips. I will never place an order with this location ever again!!! I’m calling Corporate Monday morning. It is 5:40pm and I’m pissed.

Not busy but waited over 15 minutes to get seated and nobody came. Went to use restroom before we left and someone had urinated on the floor in front of the sink. There was an employee on their phone near the sink and it didn’t bother that employee at all. They walked out and never came in to clean it up. Inhad to stretch to use sink so I didnt step in it. Walked out and left. The workers here certainly are in no rush or have any work ethic whatsoever. Even when I went to the bar to ask If I seated myself she said no you have to wait for someone to seat you. After that I waited an additional 10 minutes. Clearly didnt want my money like I was a nuisance to the employees here

Took forever to get seated. No one came out to tell us if there was a wait. When we finally got seated we placed our order in decent time, but took about an hour for the food to come out. All that waiting for the food to be cold and clearly had been sitting out a while. I talked with some of my friends and they had similar experiences too.

I’d leave a review for my food but it’s been 2 hours since I’ve ordered it online and it hasn’t been picked up yet. I was told to avoid this place at all costs, and I see why. Can’t ever get food out in a reasonable amount of time. And I should know, I work in food service. Absolutely terrible. Worst part was I couldn’t cancel my order so I’m stuck waiting for food that by the time I get it will be cold. Absolutely atrocious.
Update: got the food. The driver was super cool, but the food itself was cold, poorly sauced, the boneless wings where tiny and chewy, which they should be neither, and they used the wrong formula Golden Fire sauce and literally burned our faces off

Thank you to the young lady working behind the bar, she was the only redeeming part of the evening.
Ordered food to go, showed up when it was to be ready, was told it wasn’t ready. Left about 10 minutes later with food and drove back to the hotel. Food had labels showing it was done 10 minutes before I arrived… Food was missing, called twice, no answer. Went back stood in line with 5 others all being ignored by the staff. About 10 minutes later the bartender stepped out from behind the bar and helped each of us.
I am starting to understand why this location is a 3.1 rating on Google.
