I’m actually a really cool person, but like seriously this place is horrible. They close at midnight and we came at 10pm, they waited 15 minutes to even speak to us about seating, and the MANAGER told us we have 20 minutes to hurry up because he wants to start closing? We ignored it and sat down, the waiter did NOT approach us for ten minutes, keep in mind there were only THREE other tables, until I finally asked for him to serve us. While taking our order, we told him what time they close, he said MIDNIGHT, while ordering he told us some items on the menu where “too hard to make “ and he didn’t want to get yelled at? Like ok sorry man?? Then he came back with the water and spilt it all over me and my phone and the other server LAUGHED OUT LOUD!!! And after rushing there hardest, 3 more tables came in after us, so they weren’t even closing. Also, it’s Ramadan and I’m fasting, instead of being able to enjoy my first meal of the entire day I was bullied also the food wast even good, if you want to have a bad day definitely come here!

Stopped in for an impromptu lunch with a group today at Buffalo Wild Wings. Let’s start with the positives:
Great Server, didn’t have to wait at all before being seated (we could pick our spot), attentive service and also helped with splitting the bill as needed between our group of 5.
The food was good, came out together and was generally fine – pretty straightforward bar food, but that’s the norm.
Only negatives: The table was a little sticky and the TVs were LOUD (I get that it’s part of the normal setup, but still, was sometimes difficult to chat) and the restroom smelled strongly of weed.

Literally only 3 tables with people. Took our order and waited 40 minutes for food. After it was taken to 3 other tables 1st. Had to ask for salt and ketchup from the person and said thank you with no response as she walked away. I said the normal response to thank you is your welcome. At which I got a glare back. I mentioned this to the person who took the order, who was completely confrontational and ended with I hope YOUR DAY gets better and walked away. Inferring I am the problem. So no this may be the worst experience and the worst customer service I have experienced in a decade. Find a different wild wings

Waited 10 minutes at the host stand for them to finally approach us and tell us to seat ourselves. Waited another 10 minutes for menus. Didn’t see any employees. A server never stopped by our table. Got up and left. Place is dead, explains why.

Today I ordered through GrubHub, so there isn’t much that I can say about in regards to service, but the food. I was upset but kind of laughed at the carrots and celery that I was given with my oder (see pic). The beverage that came with my son’s meal had something floating in it (this was a delivery order and the lid was taped closed, so it happened at the restaurant. And the wings looked like they just poured sauce on some of them instead of TOSSING them. My French fries even tasted old, but they could’ve been cold due to the driver’s lack of urgency. Overall I was upset about the beverage with stuff in it (see pic).

I had no idea their burgers were sooo good. Wings are always good. I love the huge variety of flavors. And they constantly bring forth new ones! Our waitress was on top of all our needs although we were rushing to get to the movies our customer service was great. Will definitely return when we have more time to enjoy.

Shoutout to the takeout team!! The team working takeout last night was awesome — so kind, calm, and professional. It was a packed house with Thursday Night Football and BOGO night, but they handled it like pros. Great job staying patient and positive despite the chaos (and a few impatient customers). Really appreciated the great service!

Would give zero stars if it was an option! Extremely slow with no urgency still had to wait 10-15min lfor a call in order that obviously they didn’t throughly read my order! Never answered my call after 8 attempts, restaurant completely frickn empty so what’s the excuse.. NONE!

Buffalo Wild Wings really lets you live your best independent adult life. Our server may have quit mid-shift, but that just meant we got the authentic frontier experience—refilling our own waters, bussing our own table, and bonding as a family over the shared struggle of dehydration.
I even asked the manager for water and she said our server should’ve handled it. Great point. Still waiting on that server to materialize. Possibly abducted by aliens, possibly just decided to chase their dreams. Either way, I wish them well.
Highlights of the night:
Learned I could balance 3 trays like a pro busboy.
Developed a new appreciation for water, that sweet nectar of life.
Got to play “Guess the Bill” since no one brought it.
All in all, 10/10. If you want dinner and a character-building side quest, this is your spot.
