Victoria at Buffalo Wild Wings
I stopped into Buffalo Wild Wings for a quick bite, Victoria and Kate absolutely made my visit outstanding. From the moment I sat down, she greeted me with genuine energy and a welcoming attitude that set the tone for the whole meal.
I ordered a classic burger with fries and a Diet Coke, and Victoria made sure everything came out perfectly. She checked in just the right amount—not too much, not too little—making sure my drink stayed full and my food was exactly how I wanted it. Her timing and attention to detail were spot-on.
What really stood out was her professionalism and friendliness. She handles a busy bar with ease, stays calm under pressure, and still makes every guest feel like they matter. That’s not something you see every day, and it speaks volumes about her work ethic and dedication to great service.
Victoria is the kind of bartender every restaurant wishes they had: efficient, personable, and dependable. Buffalo Wild Wings is lucky to have her representing the brand. I’ll definitely be back—great service makes all the difference.

UPDATE: Well, I did go back and was the victim of the hit & miss food quality that people are complaining about. Got 10 sauced boneless wings. 5 were fine and the other 5 were about the size of a quarter and hard as a rock, even with the sauce softening them up. Poor quality control. There’s no way I would have EVER tried to pass these off as being edible, let alone acceptable. It’s a sad statement when a wing restaurant has better burgers than wings. Zero star today averages with the 5 stars previously nets 2.5 stars.
Initial review: Seems like the vast majority of the poor ratings have been left by people with less than 10 reviews. While there may be problems with the service and/or food within the establishment, I have to say that my recent online carryout order was well made and on time. Ordered the 2 entrees with sides and drinks for $19.99. Got 2 burgers that were fresh and delicious. A real step above other chains like Applebee’s. The special comes with either fries, tots, or potato wedges which are vastly superior to the customarily soggy fries from the aforementioned “other” establishment. Also ordered fried pickles that were quite enjoyable without being overly spicy. Added 20 boneless wings with a choice from over 20 sauces that appealed to our diverse taste buds. Each item was boxed individually and clearly labeled. Couldn’t be happier with our meal as it was one of the better carryout meals that we’ve had in a long time. A ton of food for less than $50. Will definitely be back.

Service was good, I recommend not adding bacon to anything. I had to take it off my burger, it was very burnt bacon. Burger was ok but who burns bacon that bad and then puts it on main dish? See photo for what is could look like and what it actually looks

OK, so first, let me apologize for the fact that I didn’t remember to take photos until after we had finished eating our delicious food . Our server Reilyn was absolutely fabulous! She asked lots of questions to give us the chance to get what we wanted. Reilyn was very attentive to us, checking to be sure that we had everything we needed and to see if we were enjoying our food. She has a great attitude and is very friendly. The atmosphere of the place was very chill . The food was delicious and we will be back again. The Southwest Ranch and hatch queso on the Ultimate Nachos with the grilled chicken that’s a part of their house sampler was really, really tasty.

I placed a pick up order at this location & assumed our order was correct since it was a larger order & the bags were tied shut. When we got back to the hotel, we realized we were missing 26 wings and our cheese curds. We had to drive all the way back since no one was answering the phone & waited for another half hour for the food to be remade. The team could care less, no apology or sense of urgency. The cheese curds were rock hard and the wings tasted like dirty fryer oil. Why even give the food if it’s not edible. Half of the food ended up going to waste.

The cashiers are useless; they don’t know how to serve customers. I ordered my food, paid in cash, and they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, but an hour passed and my food was never ready. I asked to cancel my order and get my money back, but they refused to give me my money; they only wanted to give me a gift card. I didn’t accept it because I don’t plan on returning to that place. They kicked me out; they never gave me my food or my money back. The manager is a terrible person. I plan to denounce them.

First of all waited 15 minutes to get help, which I wasn’t too mad about. Ordered boneless wings and there was something definitely up with them. Super chewy and rubbery like and very tough, not normal at all. Plus barely sauced. The ranch for the wings had a weird smell to it and it had bubbles in it which is a sign of bacteria. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had here and it has gone way down hill. Horrible will not be returning. Not to mention there is mold on the vents on the ceiling. Gross

I don’t know how many times I order online and the staff can’t follow directions. I ordered BOGO bone-in wings, half Brown Sugar/Half Honey BBQ and they didn’t even sauce the honey ones. I was given dry, plain wings. The fried pickles were supposed to be free because I used my points and that wasn’t recognized, nor did I get the southwest sauce that comes with it. Not the first time these guys have been this oblivious. I don’t know if they need to train the staff better or what but this is unacceptable.

HORRIBLE or whatever the word you prefer for service. Ordered wings, grilled dippers, fried pickles and regular fries. Called at 6:10 and got in line for my pick up at 6:35, I was still standing in line until 7:20 when I finally got my order. I hate to bash the staff since they’re at mercy of the cooks which apparently there was 3 new cooks but come on. This location needs to call the manager of ANY chick fil an and take notes. They are lucky there weren’t any Karen’s in there.. don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience on a Thursday night. Needless to say I finally get my order and it’s wrong OF COURSE so then get to wait longer. Safe to say I won’t be going back there any time soon. If your planning on going there with a group of more then 0 people you might as well choose somewhere else
