Went to the website to order a delivery order, kept getting an error. Called the restaurant to see if I could put the order in over the phone, they said yes, but that they couldn’t do a delivery order over the phone, fine, I’ll pick it up. Asked to order a 20/20 wing bundle and was told that was an online special and couldn’t order that over the phone and would not be able to get the discounted price of the bundle. The worker kindly told me he’d get a manager to talk to me. The manager said “we’ve never heard of that error before” and didn’t give any suggestions or help. I told them I would try downloading the app to see if it would work instead. Got off the phone, downloaded the app, same error. Had my friend try on her phone, same thing. Called back, put the order in over the phone — for the same amount of food, the order over the phone was $100.60, and online/on the app (if it would have worked) would have been $64.97. Arrived to pick up the order, asked the worker (the kind young man I talked to over the phone) if I could at least get a discount, since the difference in price was nearly $40. I showed him the error that kept showing up on their website and app. He asked if I wanted him to get a manager, I said sure, trying to not make the other people behind me wait. The young worker came back and said “sorry, my manager said there is nothing that he can do about it”. ……..I paid my $100.60 bill, didn’t make anyone else behind me wait, took the food and went home.
The only reason I gave 2 stars overall instead of 1 is because the young front worker was more professional than the manager. My suggestion for this manager would be:
1. Come talk to the customer/at least provide partial customer service. I was not mad, or going to cause a scene.
2. Offer at least something… Truly, I would have been satisfied with a card for a free appetizer or even $5 off my order, just for recognizing the error was on their end.
This is truly a case of a large chain restaurant (who can certainly afford to ‘make it right’), providing no training on customer service to their staff. This just gives me another reason to skip chains and go local. The local podunk place (who can probably hardly afford to keep their doors open) will 9 times out of 10 make it right……
UPDATE: The advice you are giving in response to all of the reviews is not helpful. Please go to the website to see that there is no “reach out” at the bottom of the Buffalo Wild Wings FAQ page. Not sure where everyone is supposed to ‘reach out’ to. Please direct us correctly, or let me know if I am missing something??? (See attached screen shot of the website)

Came in for some wings and they had a very sour taste. My wings were also overcooked. There was a short manager with glasses sitting at a table just looking however failed to touch the table. Service definitely an opportunity area. I will not come back as they could really care less. I paid for my meal in full for bad food. I mentioned it to the server her response was would you like a box. I asked for a manger however they stayed sitting at a table. Overly cooked sour wings probably outdated! Definitely need some leadership that cares about food quality also uphold brand standards not serve spoiled over cooked product.

Thank u too Jonah and the team for providing our pup with her own American burger and fries for her last meal….we have been long time customers of (b dubs). They provided the meal at no charge. It meant a lot….thank u bdubs team….thank u. Our girl is in doggy paradise with a tummy full of the best burger I’ve ever tried! She loved the burger fries! Sincerely thanks Sam.

Worst experience ever at a buffalo wild wings. I sat at the bar and wait 10 min just to get started with ordering a beer. At the same time I ordered an order of 10 wings and tatter tots. Sat for 45 min. and still had no food. The entire time it seemed as if the waiter working the bar area, not the one behind the bar but the waiter on the floor could not help but bump the back of my seat everytime he walked behind me. If there was a negative star rating I would definitely put it. I can’t say anything about the food due to the lack of not getting it. I canceled all and ended up stabbing out on 1 beer. Buffalo wild wings you can do better. A LOT better!!

Okay experience at this location. Our wings definitely could have used more sauce. The wings were also over cooked. The flavor was still good though. The appetizers were decent. The queso was cold and had to ask for that to get warmed up. Our service was good. He was one of the only ones working, but it was also 11:30 at night. Restaurant is a vibe and felt clean.

Ordered over $65.00 worth of wings to be delivered. Received mostly flats. The drummers and flats were very small (not meaty). Looked like baby chicks not full size and definitely not Grade A in size. Called in and manager couldn’t do anything since I ordered delivery. Said if I wanted to waste my time and come in he could replace. We will not be doing that. If you treat delivery orders like this why would I want to visit the establishment. We will not go back and I have nothing good to say about Buffalo Wild Wings.

Lots of tvs. Not a lot of service. Waiting a good min to be seated. The food took way longer than nec. My fries were ice cold. Only came once to check on us. Never came back to take the $ & check. Online menu had affordable options that the menu in-house does not. Check that out.

Haven’t been here for over 10 years and now I remember why. Sat down and was asked what we wanted to drink then she said she couldn’t put in our drinks until we ordered food (odd to us but ok). Got our drinks and had a strawberry lemonade with little to no flavor but drank it anyway as I was thirsty. Also had to wait longer dur to ordering that (assuming it came from the bar). Ordered and I thought the sauce would come on the side. The server didnt seem to know but I ordered 2sauces anyway. Got the boneless wings that had sauce on them. Also 2 ranch cups for I’m not sure what as I didnt order it. (Come to find out after we left that you can pick 2 sides that she never offered to us which apparently includes carrots celery etc.) Wings were popcorn chicken sized and small portion of tasteless fries. Wings tasted ok but none of the food was very warm. Sat for over 10 minutes with no drink. The waitress then came and asked if we wanted a box. We said no but we’d gladly take some refills. Took another 5 minutes before they came. Mind you the place was not busy. Then she came and asked if we were done and said oh yeah you guys aren’t rewards members. We looked at her confused and asked for the skillet cookie as the food was not filling. The cookie took 25 minutes until we got it!! It was small but the only thing delicious I had there all night. Then got our bill and handed her the credit card at the same time as we had already waited forever. After paying got the break down of the bill and they charged an extra $4 for a lemonade which I already paid the upcharge for it on the recipet as well. We tipped the girl correctly which honestly we shouldn’t have tipped at all but did out of kindness and left knowing that we will never be back. I honestly couldn’t remember why we didn’t like this place all these years ago but now I know why. We were going to ask the guy on the way out why we were overcharged but he was on the phone and no manager was in sight. So we were out a bunch of money for absolutely no reason.

They had a good selection of beers on draft and the wings were good, lots of styles to choose from mild to extremely hot. They have a lot of TV’s so most games were on. We watched the UFC fight and it was a fun atmosphere.

Put in a pick up order at 4pm for a pick up at 6pm. When I arrived at 6 hostess said that they were just waiting on a salad…. 15min later still no food and still waiting on a salad. In this time 2 people picking up orders were given there food before me(they arrived after me). Due to them obviously forgetting to make the salad this resulted in cold wings, none of the side dishes were given with the kids meal, no dressing on the salad or for the wings. The restaurant at the time was not full of people and there fore had not excuse for the service. They really dropped the ball.
