20 mins past due order time. Then I get home and 15 of the 20 things I ordered had like no sauce at all on them. Ordered 4 diff wing sauces and they put one sauce on those wings but the rest were basically eating chicken nuggets with no sauce. Will not be returning that’s uncalled for

This is the second time I’ve ordered take out here(not that dine in has been any better). I don’t expect much but include sauce when ordered. No blue cheese, dipping sauce, honey garlic, or fries. I pay for convenience since you are a chain, but this one needs to start getting orders right. They did comp some of the meals after a call which is why service isn’t a 0

Dinner on Saturday evening (02/21/2026) with a party of four was an absolute disaster.
Our server was missing for most of the visit—we saw her maybe four times total. Another server had to tell us that our adult meals were never sent to the kitchen, while the kids’ meals were already done. The order had to be resent, causing a long delay.
After we finished eating, I asked for the check and a to-go box. We never received either. We eventually went to the host stand to speak with the manager.
While waiting, we watched our server standing in the doorway with another server, more interested in checking out a customer waiting for a to-go order than helping the tables she was assigned. Completely unprofessional.
I understand staffing issues, but when tips are earned based on service, this level of neglect is unacceptable. We did not leave a tip, and honestly could have walked out and no one would have noticed.
We weren’t asking for a discount, but the manager didn’t offer any attempt to make things right, which sealed the deal. It will be a long time before I return—especially disappointing since this used to be a place I enjoyed.
Poor service, missed orders, no accountability.

Very disappointed with our experience tonight. The only redeemable aspect was Cailin, our server was very kind and understanding. A timeline of our visit best encapsulates the experience:

We sat for a half hour before anyone came to take our drink order or any order period. We ordered a sprite and cocktail, the sprite came promptly. The cocktail took another half hour to come.

We ordered our food when we ordered our only round of drinks. It took another hour for our food to come out, in which our appetizer and meal came out together. Both were cold. We sent them back because they were that cold. Another 20-30 minutes goes by and just our wings come back, which were still cold. No discernable difference in temperature. We did not see our server again until the appetizers came and were also once again cold. At this point, it’s been an hour and a half, we’re hungry and our food has now come out twice cold. Our server offered to take the appetizers off our bill. However, when she brought the bill they were still on it and she told us if we wanted to take them home we’d have to pay. We told her we’d rather leave all of the food than pay for anything as it was too cold to eat when it was served twice. She told us her manager is “weird about taking things off the bill” but she’d see what she could do. The decision was made that we’d just pay for our 1 round of drinks and the wings.

Ultimately a very disappointing experience. It was by no means a slow night but also not a packed one. Looking around the restaurant we were not the only ones experiencing issues. Service was slow, food was cold and no one was ever round to speak too. We will not be visiting again barring major changes.

I’m extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings.
It took 20 minutes before anyone even greeted us or asked for our drink order. When we finally ordered a cocktail, it took 40 minutes to arrive and when it did, it was entirely too sweet to even drink.
Our food then took over an hour to come out, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. We sent it back to be remade or at least heated up. About 20 minutes later, it came back out… still cold. The server asked if we’d like it reheated again and mentioned the food would be removed from the bill. At that point, air frying it at home honestly sounded better than waiting any longer. The server continued asking if we wanted boxes to take it home.
When the bill came, nothing had been removed. When we asked about it, we were told it was because we planned on taking the food home. After clarifying that we’d rather leave it, the server then said, “Sorry, the new manager is weird about comping food I’ll see what I can do.” In the end, only one appetizer was removed from the bill.
All said and done, we were there for two hours, paying almost entirely for a meal we didn’t even eat in the restaurant and that had been reheated multiple times. This was beyond frustrating and not the experience we expect when dining out.

I will mention that our server was as great as she could be, many others in the establishment were sending their orders back so she was running around attempting to take care of things, there wasn’t much she could do.

Absolutely so disgusted with the service and quality of the food at this location. About 90% of the time when I went to this location in the last 2 months. I’m waiting 20 minutes past the pick up time for the food. And most of the time these people will look at me through the kitchen window. And they don’t have the guts to talk to me. And when I get my food they always make a mistake on it 90% of the time. Tonight I wanted wings. And the last time I went I had really great service for a change. So I thought the service has change for once. But nope it didn’t. So I order my wings online. And when I got there it was on the take out rack. I was in a hurry so I didn’t open and check my order like I do all the time. And that was a mistake. When I got home I checked my wings. and Shocker they messed up again on my order. It clearly said on my order 20 boneless wings. Honey BBQ and brown sugar heat. But they only had half of the wings with sauce. And the other 10 were just chicken nuggets with NO SAUCE on it. Idk if they ran out of that sauce. But the last time I went and they ran out of a sauce. They had the courtesy to tell me about it. And I was able to add a different sauce. But they decided tonight “were out of that sauce oh I don’t care. Just leave them plain and put them on the rack” this place is absolutely horrible with service. Majority of these people just mess around in the kitchen and don’t help. If corporate showed up to this location that would be the only day that these people will have great service and food. I won’t be surprised if this location shuts down in the future. This location use to be so great with service. I am absolutely ashamed at how the service and food quality went down at this location. Just a warning to the people deciding to order from here. A majority of the time your going to have horrible service. And a mistake on your food. If you order take out I highly recommend to check your order before leaving. 90% of the time your order will be wrong. This place is a hit or miss. Step up your game Buffalo wild wings. I hope you have better service. And the courtesy to tell people if you run out of a sauce. Instead of making a decision of leaving the wings plain for the customer and there hard working money!

Our server during this visit was quick and attentive. However there was a huge disconnect with the kitchen. Out of our three orders nothing came out at the same time. Our first order of wings came out and some pieces were over cooked. Then the wrap came out, a few minutes later the Luke warm fries came out. Or server came and checked on us and had a confused look on their face that only 2/3 of the food came out. Then someone from the kitchen came out with the final order of wings. The only reason this is a two star review is that our server was a 5 star server. Everything else was a train wreck to the point that they forgot to sauce the chicken in the wrap.

Disappointed with the take out tonight. Ordered 30 wings and asked for ranch with both and received 1 small container total. Also, did not receive more than a small handful of fries. I didn’t think this was the normal amount. Please do better!

Ordered food from the app. Supposed to be done at 650pm. Still waiting at 710pm after the host and the person at the counter said should be ready soon. Good luck ordering from here the last 3 times it’s been a shit show! Either I’m compensated for my trouble or I’m done.To top it all off my order was wrong as well. Supposed to be all Chipotle Bbq rub. Got 1/2 desert heat and half lemon pepper. Got MJ onion rings which I didn’t order either. Good god this place. Love the wings but the service is ridiculous. I should get my money back!

The manager there her name is candy. I have been there a couple times and seen her treat her employees and customers terrible!! This time while there I had it and had to make a review. She followed after a worker in the dining room following behind yelling at him making a huge scene. The wait time was terrible! She kicked one table out and called the cops on them because they complained about the food. Is a horrible management choice and an embarrassment. There are roaches that crawl across the bar and one of the workers said it is common. It is dirty. Terribly ran. Terrible management. I will not come back mainly because of the horrible way customers are treated by so called management
