Fairly normal Buffalo wild wings visit. Food was good as usual. My Burger was a little overdone. We ordered the chips appetizer with three types of dips. Just a handful of chips and ended up with about 3/4 of the dips left. Men’s bathroom was pretty gross. Would probably go here again with average expectations.

A Tuesday night, the crowd was light, so no waiting for a table. Our server was untrained and slow. It took 10 minutes before she came to the table. We ordered dirnks and the Green Chili Nachos app. We had to explain the app to her, then she stopped to find a pad & pen to write it down. She started to bus a table at least three times while we were there – it was still not bussed when we left. When the food arrived, we had to ask for napikins. While the food tasted good, it arrived cold. Snce both dishes were cold, the order must have been in the window for some time. Cold wings are not appealing. Worst service of any BWW I’ve seen.

My meal: chicken wrap
We were told wait times for kitchen was going to be a little longer… okay no problem!
Appetizer came out with my meal…. Cold.
My meal was wrong after clarifying with waitress what I wanted. The Philly steak is just a sad situation and the amount of meat is a disgrace!!! (Should have gone to subway for more meat) waitress was running around, being in the service industry for 10 years… this place was half empty with plenty of servers. She should not neglect as she did. She came to the table 3 times without asking if we wanted drink refills when we were empty. We ask for waters and she brought one to him. Asked for ranch… she took 10 min to get a cup of ranch.

Some of the worst service I’ve had at a restaurant in awhile. Nobody came to seat us or say anything to us at the door for a good 10 minutes. When we did sit down and get our food and I needed something, I tried to get the waitress to stop three times as theu passed by with eye contact and a smile and they didn’t stop until someone at the table spoke up. The restroom was also unusably dirty.

Wow, only one of the sauces were actually covering the wings and all of the wings were stale and very over cooked to the point that they meat was crunchy. I looked at the menu and it listed ice cream with the chocolate cake but was told by the hostess that it’s a 60 cent up charge. I mention that it’s on their menu as included then she changed her answer to they didn’t have any ice cream. I asked her what Asian zing was and she had no idea, if you are going to have a person taking people’s orders they should at least know the flavors. A nice young man came over and I asked him, he also didn’t know but went and got me a sample, I thought that was the correct way to handle it. I used the bathroom and the cold water was cut off. This establishment needs a lot of help bad hostess, bad cooks, and bad bathrooms.

DoorDash delivered my order but BUFFALO WILD WINGS sent the wrong order. Upon calling the store, I was told to contact DoorDash. I drove 7 hours tonight and was looking forward to a meal. Not a refund. Absolutely awful customer service.

They just sent my fiancé to the ER tonight. He has a severe allergy. We made it known to the waitress who said that she would inform the kitchen staff. I’m not sure if she did or not but he ended up getting a sauce that contained the ingredient he’s allergic to. They tried to tell us it was the correct sauce he ordered. When they gave us another, this time it being the correct one, there was a VERY distinct difference in the smell and taste. They also tried to tell us that the sauce they handed us before didn’t contain this ingredient. When looked up online, it very clearly states that ingredient is in it. Though we already knew this seeing as it’s a pretty basic base for this type of sauce. We understand that many restaurants can’t always accommodate allergies. But rather than committing false promises of being able to take care of the allergy and at least owning up to the mistake instead of trying to deny it, maybe next time simply explain that you can’t accommodate. That would’ve been better cause then we could’ve safely found a different place to go instead of risking his health. It just angers me that we now have a hospital bill, and a safety issue and no one took accountability for it. We didn’t even get an apology or an offer for any assistance. Instead when we asked for our waitress to take the first sauce back to try and see if anyone could tell us what it was we never got an answer and no manager even came out. Overall, this was a horrible and terrifying experience. Do better. Before you get someone killed.
