MY SERVER WAS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD!!! This place is seriously so wonderful, and welcoming. Got greeted right away at the door and the food came out fast and hot!! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Soo!

Decided to come here on a Sunday evening in early May — we were pleasantly surprised. Ironically, no one in my family of four ordered chicken wings. The food was excellent and every plate was cleared! This is extremely unusual with kids. The standouts were the brisket sandwich and all American cheeseburger. The fries were crispy and hot — with a pepper seasoning that we all loved. The wife ordered a ‘Buffalo Zoo’ and enjoyed it. In all, we left full and content. Reasonably priced with good service — thanks Bruce! Will come again when in the Soo.

I have never left a negative review in my life, but our experience at this BW3 was so bad. We walked in after my son‘s hockey game with a party of 20 or so. It wasn’t busy. There was one other group in the whole restaurant. It took us 15 minutes to even be seen at the host stand. When we were finally seated, we gave our drink orders. 40 minutes later, we still have not received our drinks. I finally got up and literally filled up waters for everybody myself. The weight staff was awful, and seemed irritated that we were even there. Finally beers and other drinks came out after around 50 minutes and some complaining. Food was out an hour and a half later and cold. Other than a few people at the bar, we were literally the only party there for most of the time, and still couldn’t get good service! The weight staff was rude and had no interest in working. I have never received such bad service in my entire life! I wouldn’t go back to this restaurant if the food was free.

Our server Jackie was the worst server I have ever experienced. The place was more than half empty with 3 servers taking care of the front area and it took over two hours to get our food. When Jacky waddled out with our plates of food everything was cold. This was after we had already discussed the terrible service and multiple people leaving because they we never even seated. Our experience was so bad that we were not charged for the food because it was not safe to eat.

UPDATE: Reevie the manager on duty was very nice, apologetic, and he took care of the issue. Always be NICE if something wasn’t to your satisfaction.

Placed the online order about 3:30pm we received it about 5:15pm. That’s not a problem there. What IS A PROBLEM is that my granddaughters fries were not with the order, my daughter & my fries were cold, the chicken wings tasted like they either sat underneath the heat lamp for an hour, or they were already cooked and not fresh, and they served them to us. Extremely disappointed because if you dine in? The food is excellent.

Wings were just bushed with different flavors. Staff was over worked with tons of people. Price was to high for small amounts of food you get.

Got my food to go. Everything was on time and hot but my dry rub was definitely lacking and the traditional wings were overcooked. The wings that were sauced were coated well, but still overcooked.

Jackie is the best, always so helpful,happy and pleasant. We ALWAYS ask to sit in her section, was there when a Very Rude, Ignorant group/family came in her section they acted like snobs.
