Only a reason for 4 stars is I believe they were under staffed. 30 minutes till we had someone to take our order 1 hour from then we received our food. Food was good and hot. No problems there. I would definitely go back. Thank you BW.

After being refused to be served, for no reason. Without a word we weren’t getting served. Asking for a different server. Most of the waitresses here are not nice especially our server, TAYLOR, who hasn’t came to us in an hour may be the worst service i have experienced in my entire life. I think she was mad we were asked to take an outside drink from a coffee shop outside – we did once my sister, who the drink belonged too, came back from the bathroom.

We had a party of approx 20 to celebrate a kids soccer game. The delay and amount of incorrect orders became concerning so a parent alerted management to get some assistance. One childs burger was incorrect twice despite the parent ordering it. The manager Danielle came to our table, not letting us fully explain, immediately passive aggressive with us and condensending as we tried to explain all the concerns. She was rude telling the parent with the twice incorrect burger that the parent is wrong because she (manager) cooked the burger herself. We have had several team meals, understand longer waits, and occasional mishaps but this was absolutely chaos. We were there mid-afternoon, a non busy time. Only the bar area filling up so the dining area only had two other tables with customers. Darnell the server started out strong taking orders in an organized manner, but things began going poorly when he started bringing out the sodas 45 minutes later. Our team manager was even helping serve the drinks to ensure all the kids got what their parents ordered. Nearly, Two hours went by before I even got my food which I took to go because everyone was ready to leave. This was a terrible experience and do not recommend anyone go to the South Airport Rd Traverse City location.

We just had the worst experience here. We came trying to celebrate with a group of 20. We were met with incorrect drinks, food, and a bad attitude from staff when we were frustrated. We waited over 1.5 hours to receive wrong food and drink orders. I typically do not feel obliged to write about bad experiences but after the staff said “We can’t give you the world.” I felt this review should be posted. I didn’t ask for the world, I just asked for a meal and to receive the one ordered. I would never recommend this place to anyone if you have more than four people in your party. This place can’t handle it and they will make you feel bad for their shortcomings and inaccuracies.

My daughter had a business trip to Traverse City and brought me along. We stopped a this establishment before hitting the road and we had the Best server ever name Sarah. She was friendly, attentive, sweet and cared for us and each customer she had in her section with class and grace. She deserves a 10 star

Went to B-Dubs for happy hour with friends and ordered wings to take home for dinner. Today was buy one get one 50% off. Got home and opened the container of 20 wings and was severely disappointed!!! 60% of my wings were so small that I was shocked. I spent $30 on 20 wings and tip. Have attached pictures using pop bottle tops to show size. I have been in the service industry for over 20 years and would never serve this to a guest. I would prefer to say we ran out rather than serve these. Time to find a new distributor!!!!
I changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars due to B-Dubs making things right. Went in today and showed the manager, Kody, what I had received. He was shocked and disappointed in the staff that let the food go out, and understanding about how I felt. He gave me a gift certificate for 20 free wings. Will go back again. Hope my good is better next time.

We visited to watch college football and planed on planting ourselves in a booth for a few hours whilst drinking cocktails and eating wings. We were greeted with a friendly hello and the most incredible smile, right away by a server named Brandy. She ended up being our server and she was AMAZING! She was friendly, had hustle, responsive, attentive and gave us suggestions to make our eating experience perfect.
TJ, the manager even visited us for a quick chat and check in on us.
The food was hot and delicious. The drinks were cold, delicious and perfectly priced. It was a very pleasant day of football, food, and a perfect indoor tailgate.

Paige was absolutely amazing. We are a tough crowd….. 12 people….loud and unruly. Paige didn’t flinch once. She was fast, took accurate orders, and was always positive. She visited our table many times, and made everyone feel special. In a world of ever declining service, Paige brings hope to the service industry. The food was great and we will be back! Thanks BWW!!!!

12/13/23- I walked in and Jesper was upfront and greeted me. He was nice and friendly. He gave me my choice of table. He offered to get my drink while my server came by. I don’t get this service in my home town BWW.
Brandon came by quick and dropped off the menu. He went over the deals and grabbed my drink. I placed my order and the kitchen has it going on because my food came out fast.
I used my Birthday coupon for wings. Brandy came out with the wings and she too was friendly. She asked if I needed anything else. She made sure I had utensils and plenty of napkins. I was well taken care of.
Brandon was busy but it didn’t stop him from checking on me. Brandy also made sure I was fine. Then Jespar asked if I needed a refill.
If these three could transfer to my town I would visit BWW a lot more.
