The waitress was very helpful and sweet❤️ I had fried pickles….they didn’t look done….4/10 I also had the bacon cheese patty. That wasnt amazing either:( 2/10 The mac n cheese looked dry on the top like it had been sitting for a while. But that Redbull drink?!? Thats a must have!! 100/10

Service was horrible. We got sat took the Server 20 minutes to even greet us and take drink order then another 15 minutes to even bring us our drinks. Got appetizers they were cold. Then got our food my wings were ice cold and my boyfriend burger was cold and bacon on it was hard as a rock completely inedible and he has also got wings and they also were cold and hard. And our server bearly came to our table. The 2 hours we were there we saw her maybe 2 times. Could find a manager to talk to. Very bad service. Also my wings have feathers still on them

I never write bad reviews but just wow. Our order was missing two of the 4 ranch/ BC cups and half the wings had literally zero sauce on them. Ended up paying $30 for plain chicken wings. This might be the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.

My boyfriend placed an online food order for his birthday dinner. He arrived at the time he was told it would be ready, he went up to the counter and gave his name and asked if he order was ready, the guy at the counter said no. So he waited a few more minutes and tihen asked he is that bag back there my order? because at this point it was past the time we were told it would be ready. The guy at the counter said NO again. So my boyfriend waited again, a few more minutes past and the guy at the counter said is there a. ****** ******** here? (my boyfriends name) shocked! My boyfriend walks up and says that’s mine I came up and asked you twice if my order was ready! The guys says no you didn’t. But the worker who was next to him says ummm yes he did. So my boyfriend says ok just give me my order, he gets home and as I am checking the order I notice it’s WRONG!! We ordered 20 traditional wings half Parmesan garlic and half mild buffalo, a large potato wedge and and additional 6 piece Parmesan garlic and a regular fry. We ended up with 10 parm garlic and 5 buffalo and the 5 piece and the wings hardly had any sauce and because he waited 15 more minutes than what we were told all of our food was cold! And we only love 3 minutes away. We attempted to call the manager 5 or 6 times. We were on hold once for about 5 minutes then the call was disconnected and the other times we were just hung up on! For as much as people pay for food here we should get what we pay for and we should get better service!

My fiance and I just had lunch here and the waitress “Miranda” seemed very rude. She greeted us with an attitude like she absolutely hates her job/life. Our food came out cold and we needed a refill of water. It took a good while for the waitress to even notice we needed a refill. We had to ask another waitress for a box because our original one wasn’t around doing her job. My fiance noticed that she was standing in the back doing nothing when we needed service. I’m very displeased with this location.

I go here a lot. Because I like the place. However, I get a dry rub wing every time amnd EVERY time I get a wing that has a small pinch of dry rub on it. To the point where I ask for extra every time. This time I didn’t and the wings actually had nothing on them. I used my own dressing at home. So if I’m spending $50 to get wings. It should come as ordered. This has been for over a year that I get wings that have no dry rub. Why offer it if you can’t do it??

We have not had wings here in a while, now I know why. We had a gift card and decided to get wings for dinner. We ordered to go and had a great experience with the MOD. There was an issue with the GC. The manager made sure we were taken care of. So I can say the service was above average. The wings on the other hand, VERY small and well done. The sauces are delicious, but the wings themselves are very disappointing for a wing restaurant. If you want ranch make sure you ask for extra, we got 3 ranch cups with 30 wings, and they are half the size of a normal sauce cup. When you are paying $1.25 each for a chicken wing I would expect better, especially from Buffalo Wild Wings.

Extremely slow service.
Ordered 10 boneless wings right away with our drinks. They took 45 minutes. 15 minutes after ordering a beer, I was told they were out of it. So I ordered a different one. 15 minutes later, a beer came out, but not what I ordered. Totally flat, not the American IPA ordered. They said it was a bad keg. So I ordered a different beer. 15 minutes later… you guessed it… they didn’t have that one either. At that point, I decided to stick with water.
I don’t expect superb service when I go to BWW, but this was so far below my expectations.
We go out to eat to relax with a beer and food. This was not enjoyable at all.

Our first time going to buffalo wild wings. Our server, Tori, was very knowledgeable of the menu and so very sweet explaining everything to us. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great first time experience. ♥️
