We had a great stop in for an appetizer and a couple beers. We got the appetizer platter, which is really good. Shout out to Haley, who is a really good server, courteous, polite, and explained everything very well. Great job Haley!

We dined in at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight for dinner and the food was all good as usual. I just had a weird encounter with the waitress we had (brunette) I honestly can’t remember her name and I wish I got it. I don’t like to drink alcohol and I LOVE mocktails because it still feels like a fun drink without the bad stuff in it. I asked for a Mocktail (non alcoholic beverage) and the waitress demanded I show ID even after I told her I didn’t want alcohol in it. She expressed that ID was mandatory due to the mixers having trace amount of alcohol still in it and could get in my drink. Personally, this seems wrong and like a health code violation. I should not have to be demanded my ID for a drink that has no alcohol and then be told it might still get alcohol in it. I didn’t ask for alcohol, so what a weird experience we had. The whole table was confused and it was definitely off putting. Besides that experience I enjoyed my food but probably won’t return to this location because of how odd that was.

We love this BDubs! We go regularly and they have awesome service. Today, when we ordered a delivery, Doordash mixed up another order with ours. After calling the store to let them know we’d just come in and pick our stuff up, they called back to let us know they had resolved the issue. They contacted Doordash and had another driver on the way. They also reassured us that they would remake our wings, so they’d be fresh. The manager also called me back to ask if we liked boneless wings as they were planning to add some extras on top of what we ordered for the inconvenience. Ultimately, we already loved this Buffalo Wild Wings, but the customer service that was had while we dealt with an issue that wasn’t even their fault solidified our loyalty. Thanks, team!

Honestly there is a reason this place can’t get to four stars and it’s the only place like this here. The management and staffing isn’t just sadly incompetent. I probably have this place as much business to start out just cause it was nice to finally have that kinda restaurant, I’m back to going to Brighton. If it’s close it’s no contest which is better. Two times ago they threw my order together clearly when I got there and this time they didn’t even make it, manager honestly acted like he was doing me a favor if he put the order in 20 minutes late. No offer of a discount or free item even acknowledging they constantly mess up my orders. Unless your really craving dubs go anywhere else or any other location the incompetence is wild. Not even four stars and you have no competition…bwahahaha

I’m not one to leave complain-y reviews but our experience tonight kind of sucked 🙂 The special edition sauce was out of stock (brown sugar heat) which is what we ultimately came to try. My husbands chicken wings were tiny without a lot of meat on them. They weren’t served hot or even warm, so he was disappointed. We got queso as an appetizer and the bowl was only half filled. Finally; my salad was missing the honey bbq sauce it was supposed to have on it and it was covered with a comical amount of bacon bits- so the salad just tastes like salt. So, the food was very mid and we’re leaving wishing we ate at home. But, we had a great waitress and it was a fun environment because of the Lions game being on. I don’t think we’ll come back to this location after today because it’s not the BWW experience we came for.

Had a very disappointing carry out from here tonight. Waited 15 minutes over the quoted time, i then get home and get to taste the food and all of the fryer items are extremely over cooked and taste like old, burnt fryer oil.

I came here April 25 for birthday treats —but I always be here, this is my forever the best buffalo wild wings for sure. Everyone that work here so nice, helpful and the food was food!! Impressive!!
