This isn’t our regular Buffalo Wild Wings location. We placed a pickup order from this location since it was the closest option while returning home.
When placing the order, we specifically requested a celery boat, and it was clearly noted — even the receipt shows the celery boat was requested. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened the package, the celery boat was missing.
The food itself was fine, but it was disappointing to see a simple yet clearly requested item left out, especially when it was confirmed on the order. Little details like this matter, particularly for pickup orders where you don’t realize something is missing until later.
Hoping they pay closer attention to order details moving forward.

They were so kind and patient with our big party full of loud weebs(we were there from the anime con up the street during that weekend!) Our waitress was absolutely an MVP and im glad everything went smoothly for our party of what was supposed to be 12 turing into 20 haha! Everyone on staff was super nice and the food came out perfect.

I went to eat on a Tuesday at 10 pm, the food was very good, I frequent this place a lot, but it is the first time that a waitress served me badly. At 10:35, she asked me if I wanted anything else because the kitchen was closing. I told her not in the kitchen and I ordered one last beer and she left. Then she came back and told me that the bar had already closed. So why did she ask me if I wanted anything else if they weren’t going to serve us anymore and they wanted to kick us out. At 10:50, I knew it was going to close at 11, but she waited for me to pack my food to go and I left. It’s no lie. She gave me the receipt 20 minutes before closing. The girl’s name was Cameron. I will never return to this place.

We came in with our family and a family friend and had a wonderful time. Especially in the height of all the football games on a Sunday we were able to get seating and all the food came out on time and was delicious. Our waitress was attentive and super sweet. The staff came by to flash smiles at our baby.
We have been to several Buffalo Wild Wings and it’s been pretty consistent in every state we have been too so far.

Not a good experience at all. Order pick up for wings and fries and when it was brought home, the wings and fries were horrible. The wings were dried out and the fries looked old. Will never go back, I don’t even wanna deal with a potential refund. Just horrible.

I ordered a red bull sunrise that tasted like mildew ( stale and old, sour flat taste). I don’t know if it was the lime that I squoze in it or of the don’t clean the spikets but I couldn’t force myself to drink it if I wanted to. The celery sticks were dry on the ends but thats normal. ThevAll American burger had burnt bacon on it but I ate it. The best thing about this BW is the atmosphere and service. The wings are over priced for the quality and fries are never good.

Our waitress was great! She was very nice and patient while we ordered or drinks and food. She was pretty busy but made us feel very comfortable and welcome!!! The food was soo good and the drinks were even better!

Placed my order at 10 got there at 10:30 they said they didn’t make it because order got pushed to tomorrow waited intill 11:15 just to get my wings that are legit water down sauce not shooken up at all mind you the sauce is not a sauce consistency it’s legit a flavor water

Not only did they badly mess up the sandwich we ordered but they also gave us outdated dressing. After telling me they couldn’t refund for the messed up order, they did end up refunding when they learned the dressing was three days out dated. Be very careful about checking dates before you leave with your take out order and just check everything in general.

This location constantly has issues with orders as well as being untimely. If you order food from this location expect an additional 15-30 minutes for your food from the eta given. Even when you get your food it’ll be wrong half a time. Getting bone-in instead of boneless and wrong sauces on the wings. Unacceptable
