This is one of our favorite spots to go to on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tuesdays is buy one get one 50% off traditional and Thursdays is the boneless wings. They have tons of deals on their app. We usually order for pickup on the app and pay ahead of time. It is so much more convenient. The only thing is when we did pickup sometimes the wings do not have a lot of sauce on them. We ordered some tonight and my boneless wings did not have as much sauce as the photo I provided.
The photo is when we went in last week to eat as a family. They were completely empty at 4pm but out waitress still took a long time to come back to the table. She did seem to be training someone afterwards so maybe that was why. She was really nice though. The wings were all covered in a good amount of sauce. The fries were nice and crispy and salted perfectly. Overall the food and service was good. If you have kids I suggest coming at 4pm during the week day because it isnt so loud and crazy. It is nice and quiet.

Our waitress was great!! But the food took almost 45 minutes to get to the table. Quality was good and everything tasted good.

My wrap had no sauce, so it was returned and had sauce just at the first bite so it was returned again. Took a bite and it was ALL sauce. Now I can’t taste anything but sauce. ALL of the games are broken except for the pinball. My drink sat empty for over 5 minutes. Saw the waitress a whole of 3 times and she didn’t even bring the food or check at the time to see of everything looked right. We have tried this place over and over expecting better service and food than last time and just keep getting disappointed. We will not be back. There are other Bdubs that have better service and their cooks actual sauce the wings instead of just pouring it on top.

Came for Veterans Day. First time here, place looked and felt clean and positive. Lots of TVs up. Got the6 piece traditional chicken parmesan wings. Good amount of flavoring, tasted good. The server had plenty of work to handle the work load, got my food and check in a timely manner. Thanks for the wings, this helped give a sense of home.

To start our server Courtney was good. Then we order, got our food and realized that I didn’t get all flat, I brought it up to our server and she said it will be an up charge but she can make it happen. 5/10/15/20 mins go by doesn’t come to check on our table. After about 20 minutes she comes back and asks us if we need boxes, we proceed to ask her “didn’t we ask if you could put in more flats” she said “you did but the I think the kitchen may have forgot because of the whole situation that just happened”. There was a small argument that broke out a couple tables away from us so that’s a reason to blame the kitchen for “forgetting” to make the food. I think she forgot to ring it in and didn’t want to admit that.

I wanted Cauliflower Wings today. Tried the Mount Clemons location and called in the order. Got my favorite Asian Zing flavor. The person was very nice and upon picking up the order the same.
I didnt realize later how much the prices increased. I dont know how a 6pc veggie wing could be more than a real chicken wing but they were. I ordered potato wedges and included a side salad.
Nonetheless, the food was hot, fresh and tasted good. The typical BWW flair. The restaurant and restroom was clean and tidy. It was a Tuesday afternoon so the dining area wasnt busy at all.
I just cant justify the price….

The wait for take out was absolutely ridiculous. There was no communication as to how long the order was going to take. Just kept saying it’ll be right up. I waited for almost 30 minutes in the restaurant not including the time prior when the order was placed. There was no sense of urgency. I get things happen but a little communication goes a long way. Could’ve saved a lot of aggravation had I just been told they just started the order and it would be a bit.

Only location we go too. Food is always the same. Was a little disappointed by the wait this last visit. Was there to pick up my order. Had one worker across the room keep looking over at me and say nothing. Then someone walked pasted again nothing was said. Then waited two more minutes another worker walked by and to the counter. I guess it was a good thing I wasn’t waiting to be seated I think we would have left.
