The Terre Haute Buffalo Wild Wings is the hands down the best restaurant in town. Amazing food, fantastic deals, comfortable atmosphere, usually great service. We always tip the most at this restaurant than any other because every aspect of the restaurant is putting in 100% and you can always tell.
Still love bdubs but a couple of concerns I’d like to make them aware of is the delivery function on the app won’t work. I can order it through DoorDash but not through the app directly and it’s unfortunate because we don’t get our blazing rewards points or deals that way. Totally cool if a DoorDasher brings it but I want to use Buffalo Wilds Wings app. Second, I’ve dinned in twice this week and the 1st time my server was super professional and super kind she did great. It’s just that when she walked away you could tell she was having a really rough day and seemed overwhelmed she held it together well. But today we had a waitress that had the same energy but didn’t wait to leave the table to show it. We had mango habanero wings and couldn’t get refills which was a tough one. We also had to wait on silverware, never got any straws and food wasn’t too cold to heat but didn’t come out as hot as it usually does and the appetizers came out at the same time which was a not what we were used to. I by no means am trying to get anyone in trouble or upset with the service but I think that the servers could really benefit if management could find a creative way to boost the morale. I know they probably make more money when there are less servers but it could also be that they can’t handle to work load I’m not sure. I’ve never spoke with the manager there but they seem to be doing a great job.

My husband had a chicken wrap and I had the Philly Cheesesteak with some modifications. Husband loved the wrap and fries. My cheesesteak was good, even impressed with the beer cheese which I have never liked anywhere. The tots were overcooked and greasy but didn’t want them anyway. Ordered the skillet cookie to go which is made to order and has ice cream. Got home and started unpacking the leftovers and to get the ice cream is the freezer. The put the ice cream on the hot cookie for a to go order. 25in home. Now melted ice cream in my car because it leaked out of the bag. I call in and the manager can’t stop laughing nor did she give her name. After 2 minutes of laughing she offers to deduct the amount of the cookie off the bill. I go to take pictures to add to the review and the chocolate chip cookie is completely black. So the not only put ice cream on a hot cookie to go but they actually let an extremely burnt cookie leave the kitchen to go to a guest/customer. Good job on all levels BWW. Will contact corp, this is not acceptable and why did the waitress not ck a to go order? Will not go back.

Excellent service. I am new to the app and the offer was a free burger with 15 purchase. I couldn’t figure out how to use it. Red came through and honored the offer and while I waited he even refreshed my wedges! The staff were all very friendly even an hour before closing. Wings are offered everywhere these day, but with service and kindness BW3 came through for me and that is what matters these day!

Went in around 10pm Tuesday night with a group of family. Wasn’t busy at all. Waited a few to be seated. Waited a few for drinks. Food was great. Atmosphere clean for the most part. Waitress seemed a little aggravated. Unsure if it was us or if she had other things to accomplish in the restaurant before closing. She finally smiled when it was our time to pay, leave a tip and get gone

I love Buffalo Wild Wings! Our local location is one of my favorite places to eat, both alone and with friends or family.

Melissa was the best! We had a party of 14 which included 4 toddlers(2-5). The food was hot and delicious! The drinks kept coming. Would recommend and will definitely go back.

I don’t feel like when I come in and sit down at the front waiting on my order, that I should hear 6 of their staff members cussing and talking Ridiculously loud right next to me in the little front room……it’s honestly tacky and just shows the competence of the staff……

I asked the front staff to make sure I get extra ranch (since now it’s $1 for FREE RANCH)……I watched her go back and tell the kitchen…….I then receive my meal with 1RANCH!!!!!……obviously I stayed and asked for more which I got, but my point is………snakey……why am I paying $2 extra for things that are Literally FREE……..DO BETTER BDUBS

I went into the men’s bathroom and the urine smell was so potent it made my eyes hurt. There was a lot of urine in the corner because I guess the person missed the urinol. The stench was disgusting I almost threw up. There were paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor. I was so disgusted.
The manager ought to be ashamed of himself allowing the bathroom to be like that. It is very disrepectful and low class.
If the franchise owner wonders why business is going to Wingstop, then visit your own restaurant and go to the bathroom. You will then understand what the customers experience. Unbelievable.

Food is usually pretty decent here. This is the first time in a while we did the chips and queso in a while. I guess now it comes in a bowl and they only fill it a quarter of the way. Then they sprinkle 15 to 20 chips on the plate. I 1000% do not recommend getting it unless you want to pay 10 bucks for around 3 or of cheese.
