Service is usually decent (depends on the server or time of day), wait times are admittedly insane for mostly microwave food because most servers don’t run their tables or whatever the reason may be, order accuracy needs major work, and management is nonexistent at this location. They try to brag about being the best restaurant around in a desolate town with not many restaurants left and a 3.5 star rating at the time of writing, the reality is they’ve set the bar as low as their budget and wages. Private equity/Roark Capital is ruining this business.
The Grant County Health Department shut them down on September 7th, 2025 for failed hood vents that were ignored and reported since September 3rd the previous Thursday. The carbon monoxide fumes reached the dining room on several occasions and no one did ANYTHING or said a word to customers. The store GM blatantly lied to her employees to keep the store, its income and her bonus check open for four more days, firing or putting her employees on suspension once they developed breathing issues and couldn’t come to work or afford a doctor visit. This was before being told by the fire department that that was illegal, and subsequently exempting all employees from those four days.
Their Indeed ad also falsely claims you can make $20/hr here. That should be an obvious lie as everyone makes less than $14/hr. I refuse to support this business any longer.

Food is all frozen TV dinner type items. Ordered chicken strips and received dried out chicken nuggets. Ordered a cheesecake sandwich, and got something resembling finger food. The pictures of hamburgers on the menu looked frozen, and no inspiration with the type of hamburger toppings.
Let’s face it, mushrooms on a frozen beef patty are so 1970’s.
Finally the price for the food was highway robbery. I did not receive a tasty meal, the dining room was big empty, and lacked any inspiration, and was overcharged to the point of criminal.
While I may go back to watch a game, I will eat before I go. I thought I gave up elementary school food long ago

This evening our party of 4 went to the Marion,In location and were told a twenty minute wait. No waiting in the bar. After sitting for twenty minutes while the bar waiter chatted with another party we were told no another twenty minute wait. There were 4 wait staff standing around at the entrance doing nothing. This is the worst location ever.

The fact that we continue to order delivery from this location is a strike against us, but we also live in a food dessert so our options are limited. This BWW location consistently, EVERY time, gets our delivery wrong. Every single time over the past 5 years or so we are missing an average of two or more items, have the wrong sauce or little to no sauce, or get entirely the wrong thing (like chicken nugget “boneless” wings versus the traditional we actually ordered). This has happened so many times in fact that we have called to complain and currently have a credit to use if we ever dine in (service sucks so we choose not to do that either). The manager always says they have the highest rating in the Midwest, which says a lot with a 3.6 Google rating. Hopefully our short term memory improves so we remember not to waste our money ordering delivery from here.

We were there for over an hour. The cooks didn’t even put our order in. We Never got our food. I was Really Hungry!! Thanks for the food, that I Never got. We Will Never Go Back Again!!!!! Our waitress Laura was really, upset about this for us. She did a Good Job!!!

Waited 35 minutes and I finally asked if we could put in a drink order, then I had to ask for a menu, and then ask if someone could take our order. A woman was taking our order and passed it off to someone else (rude) and he ended up serving us our food too. He did an excellent job!! Also, it was Indiana vs Purdue game night so it was a little loud on the bar side, but not too bad.

This location is hit or miss on quality and service. Last visit was very good as we tend to set at the bar. In the past service and meals have been of lesser quality. Is was it is in this day and age, enjoy the good times!!

Oh Manager T, where do I begin. We arrived to BDUBS and had an amazing waiter, I can’t remember the name but the service she provided was phenomenal. Anyways, when it came to pay, after trying both mine and my friend’s card, that both declined, the manager came out with the biggest headphones I have ever seen, and probably one of the worst attitudes as well, I mean seriously he acted like a toddler. We had a good attitude, and asked a few questions and this dude was just so rude, I asked if it was really our fault since the system denied valid currency, and he immediately cut me off and had no kindness in his heart whatsoever. After a group meeting two of our friends went and got cash, but the principal here is the dude completely lacks customer service, the food was mid, but it wasn’t awful, all in all our waiter was amazing, but the experience was ruined by T, and I hope he can learn how to treat customers. I have never written a review before, but I definitely feel like this one was needed.

Ordered online and it said my order would be ready in 20 minutes BUT that was not the case. I showed up at 30minutes and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order. I had to flag a server down to let them know I was waiting on my takeout order. This place sadly shouldn’t be opened if they don’t have the staff to run this business. It was a waste of my time, money, and I won’t ever return.
