Just ate here and it reminded me why I’ve always loved this place. I used to come here all the time, and this visit absolutely lived up to the hype. The triple bacon cheeseburger was fantastic in every way—great size, cooked perfectly, and filling. Everything I ordered was fresh and full of flavor, not a single disappointment. I ended up finishing it off, but if i took any home i just know it wouldnt last long at all.
The kitchen seemed busy, but they handled the crowd smoothly and the food came out spot on. The place was packed for a reason—people were clearly enjoying themselves. Our server, SHAY, did an excellent job, especially considering how packed they were; she was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. she made small talk to seemingly anyone at the bar, and got us talking to other people sitting around the bar, engaging us all into conversation and making us laugh. She was very attentive to each person, and was quick to getting us our drinks and any food.
Overall, the experience was exciting, satisfying, and exactly what I was hoping for when returning to one of my favorite spots. From the moment the food arrived, I knew I’d be back. Absolutely worth it, and I’ll gladly return again.

Unfortunately Shay doesn’t treat customer equally. I had to wave her down multiple times for service. This is the 3rd time I have had this issue with this bartender. When confronted she got offensive and made me feel belittle that I had an issue with her service. While I’ve sat her being patient she has accused me indirectly of being unreasonable. Probably done spending my money here on the service of this bartender.

Just ate here, used to come here all the time. unfortunately this time was a deal breaker. the wings were terrible in every way, small , made incorrectly, low quality, everything i had was bottom of the bag! My dog wouldnt even eat it when i took it home. seems understaffed in the kitchen but they had no problem packing in the customers to await their doom of a dining experience. I will give our server a break cause they just started and all of the issues had nothing do with that part of the experience. underwhelming not appetizing one bit. all the excitement coming to one of my favorite spots, gone as soon as the food arrived, i didnt want to tip because the extremely poor service but why take it out on the server. i made the most of what i ordered if i have to pay for it and pretend it was good then why go back.

Most annoying outlet with total uncertainty about order compliance and rude behavior. We ordered wings and snacks for nine of us for dinner at 9.00PM. After waiting for 42 minutes we checked with the lady serving us about the delayed delivery of our order. We were told that she was not sure how much more time it might take to get the stuff ordered by us . At 9.45 PM . We opted to cancel our order and moved to Pizza Hut who welcomed us even at 9.50PM for our dinner . Never take chances with this outlet which is ruled by whims and moods of staff at this outlet which doesn’t mind your business and even prefers to serve reheated and stale food many times.

Waitress was great, food was ok. The flies need to be taken care of. Nothing grosser than multiple flies dive bombing your food. We asked to speak to the manager about another issue (and the flies) but he was too busy to come talk to us. I mean there were another 8 total people dinning with 4 waitresses. Hopefully he was on Amazon purchasing fly traps or fly swatters.

I would give negative stars. We haven’t been to the Auburn location in over 1 ½ years due to bad service. Decided to give it a try again. After being there 10 minutes, we had our drink order taken. Once he came back with our drinks, he asked if we would like any appetizer. We declined and he walked away, even though we were ready to order. After another 10 minutes he came back for our order. After 45 minutes, still no food. Sitting around gave us plenty of time to see 4 different tables seated and eat, with one finishing and leaving, still no food. We were here over an hour, with drinks only. Guess the service still hasn’t improved!
