We love eating at this location, but our experience tonight made me want to share this review. The team was down a few servers, and they were packed tonight. Almost every table full and two large groups. But our server, Billie, stayed on top of it and kept communicating with us during the waits. Food was delicious, service was professional and friendly, and we were 100% satisfied with our visit. Highly recommend this location.

Ordered online at 7:47pm. Initially told order would be ready in 20 minutes then changed to 8:20pm. When inside I pushed button for service and was told our order was almost ready. 2 others were waiting. Carry out server went to check order and after about 10 minutes another person who had placed an order came in and was waiting for service. No one answered her call. A few more minutes and another person came in and placed order to go. It seems we were all told shorter wait times and ended up waiting an hour. This is not the first time this happened. Hell, it’s not even the third. They always seem to have an excuse of short staff or new cook, etc. 8:45pm we got our order. Fries and wings were cold but at least this time everything was present… We’ve tried dining in too but haven’t had much different service. We won’t be back.

Food was great but the service was terrible it took them 2 hours to get us food or drinks and they ignored us the entire wait period we had a college senior get together of about 10 people including a professor and were the only table in the restaurant and they ignored us never checked on how we were doing we had to get our own cutlery and napkins. Never saw a manager until we had to complain to fix 2 checks it took them 3 hours into being there and it took 1 hour once we asked for the checks to get them. The bar tender didn’t serve at our table which fair if she’d had customers but she didn’t and so my second drink got made after 30 minutes of waiting and then sat behind the bar till all the ice had melted and the check had finally come. Servers were leaning on all surfaces and or on their phones I saw the manager on his phone once he finally appeared. It then took another hour for one check for one person to get fixed and two guys to get their change. Over all a terrible experience and if this was my first time having bad service at this restaurant I’d let it go but this is the 20th time I’ve been with terrible service in my 4 year college career in this town all in all I don’t know what is going on there but they clearly don’t train employees or managers and don’t know how to run a restaurant. Ordered wings and there were only 3 that didn’t have fathers still on them called the restaurant and got told that there cooks are very good and don’t cook food like that oh really!!!??? Manager was beyond rude and disrespectful. .Well picture to prove still has feathers!!?? Ok how the hell do your cooks not see damn feathers on the skin before cooking it .??? Will no longer give this restaurant my money . Extremely disappointed!! In the staff and food …. this buisness has went down hill …

We ordered a appetizer the never came out . After almost a hr 49 minutes our food came out waitress messed it up .we had empty drink glasses too waiting for food . I talked to the manager she acted like it was no big deal . Place was not busy I would have understood if it was waitress disappeared.from time we sat down until food arrived

I always forget how much this place sucks. The good news for here is that my memory is bad. So, I’ll forget it sucks a year from now and try it again. To be fair, almost ever Buffalo Wild Wings sucks. This place is just so slow.

Wanted to really love this location but will be going to Coldwater for now on. A group came in with a service dog no issue what so ever as their allowed but never seen a service dog sitting up in the booth at the table with them and than eat at the table with them. Kinda gross tbh..

Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews, food was great and the service was even better. Our server was quick, attentive and extremely nice. The manager was also extremely nice as well as he gave my family 2 free posters. I’ve come here multiple times and have had great experiences every time. 5 stars!

Disgusting.
We made an online order for pickup.
There was so much sauce pooled on the bottom of my husbands wings, and mine were so saturated the box was falling apart onto my wings. As you can see in the pictures. The wings were also very over cooked. My husband called and asked to speak with a manager. The manager offered to make it again but we didn’t want to drive all the way back and we had already lost our appetites from the food we received. He asked for them to refund 1 of the 6 meals we ordered. They wouldn’t do that. He asked the manager for her name and she wouldn’t tell him. So he asked to speak to a GM or for corporates phone number. She told him to google it and then hung up on him. The lady who took our report at corporate was very kind.
We will not be eating here again. After looking at past reviews, it seems like this is a reoccurring problem. We wasted $70 on food we will not eat. Look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.
