This is the worst buffalo wild wings ever! I waiting over an hour past my pick up time for my take out order, when I received the order I was missing part of it ( always count your boxes here) after getting my whole order and taking it home, we actually could not eat it as it was so burnt and honestly looked as if they gave me the oldest boneless wings they had, fries were hard and cold, and the tenders dry and burnt. Worst experience ever I do not recommend this place to anyone!! The picture below is on the left buffalo on the right medium. The buffalo ones were so old they dont even look like buffalo anymore as it just soaked in the burnt chicken.

Me and my boyfriend like to come here a lot for the Thursday BOGO deal. The food has always been delicious and the service always decent to excellent! The drinks are great. Spacious and pretty clean in there. The rosemary ranch is delicious. So are the burgers – I love the burgers even more than the wings. The potato wedges are very good too, and the onion rings! Will continue to patronage this Buffalo Wild Wings. I also feel like the service here is faster and generally way better than the service in the Mishiwaka location where we used to go all the time.

Buffalo Wild Wings offers excellent customer service and a great location. The staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the overall experience very enjoyable. The food, however, was a mixed bag — some items were over-seasoned while others were a bit bland. While it’s not my first choice for wings, I would definitely return because of the atmosphere and service. Overall, a solid spot if you’re looking for a good experience beyond just the food.

Didn’t go in-store.. but, I mistakenly missed what time it truly was. Did a doordash order and got my food. First off thanks doordash driver! Second, I know it was late (10:32pm) and you guys wanted to go home, but my food was still delicious.. not 10-10 but 7.5 and I don’t blame you! It was my fault but still COMPLETELY content with my dinner. Thank you!

Carry out, we always so up about 5-10 minutes early and never wait to long. It is easy to forget plastic wear, ketchup and napkins as the staff dont tell you they are there.
Mac and Cheese burger with tater tots is an exceptional choice if you want something besides wings.

This is the worst Bdubs that I have ever been to in the entire country. Everyone there hates their jobs and they all have poor customer relation experience. If you’re a miserable person, you might enjoy your time here. If you’re a happy person who would like to enjoy a nice meal, you’ll probably have better luck at McDonalds right down the street. At least your food and service will be what you expect. The waitress was unattentive and rude, the manager was completely and utterly disrespectful. We will not be coming back. You all should be ashamed here. We waited for over an hour for our food and had to basically beg them to give it to us. I guess they thought 30% off our bill would make up for their negligence but that is unacceptable. We took our food to go. Waste of time.
