Poor quality service. I’ve been to other Buffalo Wild Wings locations, and this one was by far the worst. I waited 20 minutes and even had to get up to ask for service, even though the place wasn’t busy. On top of that, the food didn’t arrive fresh. It felt like I had to beg just to be served.

We bought the WORST wings (hard, cold, and tough) for carry out last night. When I called the store back and explained, manager- Paris was rude, and he told me he’s the one that has been cooking all night, so the wings had to be fresh. After attempting to share my complaint, he told me to bring them back. It was rainy and cold so I said we are not coming back out. I asked for his general manager’s contact. Paris refused to provide it. I asked for the home office number. He stated there was no such number- that was a lie. I was able to file a complaint, call the 877 number, speak to someone, and get a full refund.

First time coming to Buffalo Wild Wings on National chicken wing day. They had a spend $10 get 6 free wings. We also took advantage of the bottomless apps for $9.99 (up to 4 people). Plenty of TVs to entertain and even trivia going on. Seemed like they were short handed but food came out quickly and we didn’t have to wait too long to order or get help.

I have been coming In for a couple of months now, and I swear I ALWAYS get Brittney, a beautiful waitress in the bar area! She is absolutely amazing and so easy to get along with. She makes sure you have everything you need and if you come in long enough, she treats you like family. I feel comfortable and happy when I come in and have her as my waitress and not like I should feel bad for asking for stuff like it does with the other ones.

On Sunday evening there was no manager on site. There were only two servers for the entire restaurant, and they were somehow trying to save the situation (big respect to them for that). However, the service was terrible – I waited almost one hour for my food. Please terminate the person who was supposed to be managing on 3/1/26. They are irresponsible and not capable of handling their duties.

Everyone who was working in the kitchen, in the dining room, and at the bar did a great job – I saw how much work they were handling.

Hello BWW,

I recently ordered from your Glendale Mall location in Indianapolis and was left completely disappointed. My order summary is attached below, as I ordered a BOGO 12 piece.

My wings were cold, rubbery, and not sauced or seasoned like I ordered. THESE WERE SITTING OUT!! This is unacceptable customer service and bad on their part. I understand being overwhelmed or busy but giving this out to a customer is inexcusable.

I have attached pictures of the order/food below. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

We had our annual HS alumni meeting at this location. Upon self seating ourselves in the bar area we were told there was a 25 minute wait before we could order food due to a 900 wing order that had just been placed! Our server Tamekah graciously brought us big platters of chips and salsa and 1/2 priced margaritas until we could place our orders. Once we placed our order, food was brought out quickly. Unfortunately the fries and onion rings were cold upon arrival but were quickly replaced with fresh hot ones. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Horrible!!!!!!! Waited 10 minutes to be sat because the host was talking to another table while the server was trying to take their order. Finally got seated and waited another 15 minutes before leaving because the 2 female servers were arguing about not wanting to take our table literally in front of us. We decided to settle their argument by getting up and walking out. The lack of professionalism is appalling no wonder every BWW is shut down. They had maybe 5 tables between the two servers and every other table had old dishes on them. No idea what the host was doing and who I’m assuming was the manager was dealing with another angry customer. The table across from us also ended up leaving without eating because of the wait.

Ordered tonight. Got them home and they were HORRIBLE!!!! Upon arrival there was a line and people thought they were closed. A lady went back into the kitchen TWICE to get someone to take our orders. The chicken definitely had been cooked this morning and reheated multiple times. They put a bunch of sauce on it so we wouldn’t notice. NEVER going back!!! Just HORRIBLE!!! This place needs to be shut down for good. Check your food BEFORE you leave!!! They definitely can’t be trusted.

I came here for lunch twice, had two bad experiences with the food unfortunately. The bartender service was a little ehh but he is nice, seems a little new so I give the benefit of the doubt. But the food was bad both days unfortunately. I was over charged wrong the first day. Fries were cold and my nachos had a horrible rancid flavor. I thought it was the sour cream as i couldn’t pinpoint the taste, my pallet was just awfully cover in a spoiled taste. The bartender and manager took care of taking it off my tab!
Today I went back for lunch craving the nachos. Asked for sour cream on the side Incase. Once I received my nachos, the flavor was still awful, even my co worker told me it ruined his pallet. I found out it was the brisket it’s self( mind you it’s an extra charge) I hate to complain but unfortunately the taste was just so awful and disappointing I had the same experience yesterday and today food wise. Just sucks because our fingers and upper lip is just covered in that old meat spoiled smell. I told the bartender and he did his part by telling the kitchen so I appreciate it. I’m not big on complaining because I understand it’s not the bartenders job. I work in the kitchen so when the food smells funny it’s pretty obvious something is off. Especially it being meat, its not hard to notice, it’s not safe to serve that.
