This was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We were skipped twice for a table because the host staff “couldn’t read” our name on the list. Instead of fixing the issue, they just kept seating other parties ahead of us. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. After talking to management they said people make mistakes.
Once we were finally seated, our server was actually the only bright spot — friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the kitchen completely ruined the rest of the experience. The food came out cold and somehow also overcooked at the same time. Dry, tough, and clearly sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. I’m not sure how you manage to serve food that’s both cold and burnt, but they figured it out.
Between the disorganized front staff and the terrible food quality, this visit was a total waste of time and money. Definitely not the standard you’d expect. This place has been going down for a while. Used to be a go to, not anymore.

I come here often when staying in indy. Same bdub atmosphere, games are on, food is as expected.
The reason for 5 star, is ive always gotten excellent service from waitstaff and bartenders. Better than most bdubs.

Fantastic food, excellent service in a beautiful restaurant. I had the chicken wrap with mild sauce and a side of chips and salsa. My husband had a burger with fries and 6 wings (parmesan garlic). The prices are great for the quality and quantity of food. The flavors are awesome! Our server did a great job taking care of us. There are very many big screens around the restaurant with dozens of different sports events on display! It was not crowded on an early Tuesday dinner. We really enjoyed our meal. I recommend this restaurant.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Greenwood was a great quick drop in for dinner with the family. Atmosphere was great for conversation with an occasional glance at all the various tv screens showing different sporting events. The staff was friendly, service was good and quick. They had enough food options and variety for the family. I had boneless wings with honey BBQ sauce and the classic burger with tater tots. All was delicious. I recommend adding it to your list if you are in the Greenwood area.

Waited 15 minutes for beer. I ordered 10 traditional teriyaki extra wet with no ranch and a side of tots. He brought out 10 boneless honey BBQ. Told him I wanted teriyaki. He took them and left. He then brings 6 boneless teriyaki. I stated that was wrong as well. Still no tots at this point. He finally brings out the right wings with the tots (not even a full order mind you). He then walks off. I have to flag him down to get another beer for my husband. I had to go to the host stand to get more napkins because he disappeared. I asked the host to get me the manager. The manager comes out and I explain the issues. The whole time I’m trying to tell him the food issue, the server keeps walking up to listen in. I ordered dessert and waited forever for it. Then had to wait for the bill. Now, understand I did NOT ask for anything free or to remove anything from the bill. When the server brought the bill, he stood next to the booth I was sitting in waiting for payment. When he finally walked away I went to the counter to pay the manager. The server made me HIGHLY uncomfortable. All around it was a HORRIBLE experience. This was the first time we had been in one in a few years. It will also be the last!

Definitely Not what it used to be. 2nd time using online ordering and didn’t get the food until 35 minutes after the provided time. Servers at the to go desk kept hiding and not asking customers their order name. After standing in line for 30 minutes the individual finally asked what my order was. Food was cold and boneless wings were mostly breading with very little chicken. Very disappointing considering the cost of eating out these days!

I’ve never walked into a restaurant before or any service industry for that matter and been instantly meet with such rude and unprofessional behavior before I even sat down I was told to quote “ move to a different table because I’m leaving soon and won’t serve u” by my sever after I was directed there I didn’t think much of it so I went to the bar area and sat at a high top table. Not even 2 mins later some older woman comes up to me probably late 50s-60 from the look of her and the first thing she says isn’t to ask for my id or anything remolely close to what she should. Completely unprompted I hadn’t even looked her direction at this point, she dead says to me in a completely condescending rude tone “what are u doing here little child” that’s the first words I hear from ur servers RIDICULOUS, she tries to play it off saying I look young I don’t say a word I just look at her with disgust after she checked my id and confirmed I was of age I said I wanted a different server to take my order and that I did not want to speak to her again. She walks away saying she will bring the manager back with her. She comes back alone 3 mins later no manager and combines to parade me with snarky remarks and insults while trying to walk me to the front desk I continue to tell her to stop speaking to me she dosent so I left me and everyone in my family will never support to stop by this restaurant or its franchise again class and common respect or care for the customers is something that’s lost here and it’s disgusting

Buffalo wild wings Greenwood Indiana, this location is conveniently located by the Walmart. We go here every once in a while. The food is good the Sevice is friendly and the place is clean. We ordered the nachos they were good. We ordered the corn dogs which were no good, they kinda tasted like bologna. We also had the chicken quesadilla they were very good. I like this place a lot and the Blue Hawaiians are excellent.
