We had such a great experience thanks to our server Caitlyn. She truly went above and beyond and was incredibly kind and attentive. She somehow knew exactly what we needed without us even having to ask, which made the whole experience feel effortless and special. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Needless to say, I will be back — and only at this location — as this was by far the best customer service I’ve experienced. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her again!

The food was great, but they were clearly short staffed so we did have to wait a bit before being seated. I will also say the waiter bringing out our drinks touched my man’s straw and as someone who worked in food service and has ocd that did bother me quite a bit but I quickly got over it as the food was delicious and the atmosphere had moderate amount of noise, so I could still easily talk to him without a problem.

Greeted by nice hostess. Sat in bar & bartender was extremely rude (shorter, younger redhead, I think her name was Caitlin). Didn’t pay much attention to us. Took about 10 min to write our food order. After 30 minutes of waiting for an appetizer & side salad, I asked how much longer the food would come out & she said “I don’t know, I don’t make the food.” Cashed out our check without asking if we wanted anything else as well. Only started being nicer to us after giving the check we didn’t ask for. Will not be coming back to this restaurant.

Being so close to home, this is a frequent stop for me and mine.
However, someone named Brian bullied a great employee, a college student, a hard worker, shows up all the time, kind and humble. Sprayed sauce all over his pants full well knowing he was on the floor. Disgraced and disrespected him to where a new hire quit. As far as I know, management did nothing.
Can I suggest bathrooms tho? Like the new papertowel dispenser is not hands-free ….ewww
And overall? typically at a state of embarrassment if I had company.

BW3 in Fishers has gone way down. We went in at 4pm with a family group of 9 – they weren’t busy, only 1 other table of about 6 people finishing up and a couple people in the bar area. As we waited for our order, the restaurant did start filling up – but it took over an hour to get half our orders, and another 15 minutes for the last 3 meals. All tables around us that came in way after we had ordered got their food before us, and were already leaving. Our food was completely cold, and half the orders were incorrect. They did replace 3 of the orders with hot food, except the chili hatch smash burger which came out plain, which I pointed out to the manager. By the time we got the hot food we were ready to pack up and leave. We were there for almost 3 hours and we were all disappointed in our experience. The only thing good was the chocolate chip and ice cream skillets we ordered while waiting for hot food. Over $250 later, and a bad experience.

They were super busy & did the best they could to keep up with orders. We ordered the cauliflower wings & they were cooked to perfection!! I want to thank the team for holding it down when it was super busy & being professional. My first time at this location & I will return when I’m in the area!

Let me tell you food family I know bww is about chicken. I just ordered this double cheeseburger. This was one of the best burgers I ever had from a chicken joint. I enjoyed too much to take a picture.

grabbed BOGO boneless wings for carry out on New Year’s day, knowing it was going to be a packed house because of the IU game. when we went to pick up our order, there was about an extra 10 minute wait. no big deal, they were very busy.
get home with our food, the wings are cold and barely sauced. the “hatch queso” we ordered as a side was CHILI queso, not what we ordered.
sucks to spend money on food to not even be able to eat it. weird to wait on the food to receive cold food. won’t be back.

I’m very upset with my order because just looking at the pictures, the wings are too small, over-fried, and have too many feathers . Years ago, they were very good wings and a considerable size. Now I don’t know what to say anymore.

Mismanaged location that can’t seem to get orders out or communicate with customers when they lose orders. You know what the food is. You aren’t here to find that out. It’s a national chain.
Avoid this location. Find a wing place down the road. You don’t want to wait 90 minutes with hungry kids and a pissed off wife like I’m doing right now.
