First I understand that tonight is the national championship football game and wings would be the primary meal to be enjoyed.
Shame on me for thinking I could get some wings.
I made a simple order of fifteen wings.
Online after it took my money, it said 15 minutes. I went to the store when I got there. They told me it would be an hour if I’m lucky. The lobby was filled with people 1 hour later. I asked, and they told me my fifteen wings we’re still being made and would be another fifteen minutes.
I asked for a refund and they explained to me that they couldn’t do any from online orders, and that tomorrow they would give me my money back.
So now i’m heading home without wings late for the start of the game and likely have ruined some people’s evening.
I’m glad they’re busy. I’m glad people like their product, but honesty.In the ordering, time would be very helpful.
I would have gone somewhere different tonight, but now I will go somewhere different always and never go back there.

They seem to not be able to keep enough staff to accommodate serving people. The place is very dirty and there isn’t anyone to clean or prepare sitting. Servers forget simple things like silverware and asking for things they make you feel like you’re inconviencing them.

Did a pickup order tonight and I should have known that something would be missing and checked my order. Got a 20 piece wing and large fries along with a kids burger with fries…..no fries in the bag! Seems minor but never fails with this place. Disappointed but expected. The chain is not known for great service or getting things right. Wondering when corporate will step in to make this place worth while. We enjoy the food when it’s cooked correctly. Would love to be able to count on BW3, but is of course the same song I hear on repeat from those that have tried BW3s anywhere in the world….awful service and more miss than hit food with great potential. $55 and a 40 minute drive there and back will be spent on Wingstop going forward.

Went there on a Saturday night with my family. Walked in and the place was dead. Took forever to get seated because there was no host scheduled which is mind blowing bc the servers doing host job making only $2.13 an hour is insane. We were there for probably a good 2 hours. Not one manager in sight helping the 3 servers on the floor which their service sucked. I mean of course it would if they don’t staff it correctly. Felt bad for them! Horrible management!!

I’ve ordered carry out 3 times from this location. All 3 times my order was incorrect. I called the restaurant afterwards and spoke with the manager. She di not seem to care at all. The food is good, but I need to order from a different location in the future. If you order from here, check your order thoroughly before leaving.

My husband and I ordered wings today and did not request the sauces on the side. Unfortunately, the wings arrived without any sauce at all. We contacted the restaurant to address the issue, but the manager’s response was unprofessional. She stated that she personally added the sauces, implying that our concern was untrue, rather than acknowledging the possibility of a mistake. As a result, we were left with wings that had no flavor and received no apology or resolution. The lack of accountability and the rude customer service were disappointing and unacceptable.

I’ve been there two nights in a row just to buy sauces. Yesterday, stood at the front for 10 min without a single person asking me if I needed anything. Even tried to flag down someone and they didn’t give me a single min of their time. Tonight, went to the bar to see if I could order it and maybe get some food. Sat for 5 min, no one came at all. Went to the front again, not a single person there after waiting 4 or 5 min.
I’m a consistent customer to this location but the service has gone down hill fast.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a chain restaurant. Server was slow, messed up our order and forgot drinks. Never checked on us, we had to beg for water and drinks from another server. All the food came out cold! The manager was very helpful and fixed most our problems. Server continued to provide the absolute worst service I’ve experienced at a restaurant. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to do a better job vetting their customer facing employees. I will never go back to this location.

Buyer beware, ordering in restaurant is fine but all remote orders seem to get significantly smaller portions when ordering for pickup.
The photo attached was a $10 order for a large cheese curds. At the table there is nearly double this portion size.

Have been seated for more than 10 mins and was never checked on more than my wife and I offered anything to drink. There are only a total of 7 tables being served. 2 tables who have finished their meal and paid and left. I will not be going to this location.
