If you want to go to eat and leave hungry go to BW3 in Portsmouth. Walked in said it was going to be 10 min wait and it took less than a minute. I thought this was going to be a great dining experience well the food was barely edible ordered mushroom and Swiss and the Swiss was melted my burger was cold and the salad was hot. It took forever to come out the server said the kitchen is backed up but it’s always backed up On top of that had to request salt and pepper because the can’t leave it on the table due to theft. It was busy because the game was a great game but they weren’t packed.
If this restaurant survives it is because there are limited options. We still a very nice tip.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and had a frustrating experience from start to finish.

When we were first seated, our server seemed very rushed. He immediately tried to take our order before we even had a chance to look at the menu. We had to ask him multiple times to give us a few minutes. The whole interaction felt pressured and uncomfortable, like we were being hurried through our meal.

To make matters worse, we were charged for cheesy bacon tots that we did not order. While they did eventually remove the charge, it took an unusually long time for someone to come back to the table to correct it. It was frustrating that we were rushed to order, but when it came time to fix a billing mistake, we were left waiting.

We were also given very small to-go boxes, which made packing our leftovers inconvenient.

Overall, the experience felt disorganized and inattentive. I expect better service and accuracy when dining out, especially when prices aren’t cheap. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing.

We have used party rooms at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations before but chose Portsmouth for our son’s birthday Saturday February 21st 2026. We arrived to find that another party on the other side of the party room had used all of the tables and we were left with only a handful. We moved them around ourselves to prepare for our friends and family to show up. Our party was scheduled for 5:30pm. At 6:10 i had to ask if a waiter was going to greet us sometime soon that we were far past ready for drinks and ordering. The manager said he had not been to the party room and didn’t realize we needed served. It took two hours for us to get food and the entire experience was beyond disappointing. Lots of missing food, orders wrong and by the time we even got the food we weren’t going to wait for food to be fixed or brought out it was getting late. Their main dining area was not busy at all and I had to ASK the manager for some form of discount for the poor service. He never apologized or acted in any way that he was going to try to make things right with us. After seeing on my bill that he only gave us 10% off. I had to again ask him for a better solution to a miserable evening. Over all it was enough to make us find another restaurant for our group to meet. Our waitress was wonderful and she was scrambling to make things right, it was a management problem for sure.

Absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the Bartenders in the front, to the Chefs in the back. Their collaboration was spot on! We had a great time. We’ll definitely be back. Dante’ and Alli served up the good stuff! Can’t go wrong with these two at the helm.

We ordered the pick 6 online and was quoted a 15 min wait time. I arrived 5 mins early and our food was ready. The ladies at the front counter were very friendly and went out of their way to get me a Pepsi zero from the back station. One meal was the classic cheeseburger and the other was traditional wings. Food was still hot when I got home and tasted delicious. Thanks for a wonderful takeout experience!

The food has gotten slightly smaller over the years. Smaller portions and higher prices. That comes with the times. However, the food is overall still good. Street tacos are amazing and the wings are solid. The wait staff is always on point. I really appreciate how well they work together when they are busy. Special shout out to the waitress pictured for making my son’s 17th birthday!

I’d give a zero if I could.
Got seated and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. Then had to wait another 15 for them to be brought out. Then another 20 for someone to take our order.

Then once the food came, forgot one of the two kids food. Was told be the server he put it in the computer and it’s in the system but the kitchen forgot it.
Then was told by another server he didn’t put it in the computer at all. Place is a damn joke. On top of that the food was cold as ice.

Waited from 9:34 to 11:28, 2hours on New Year’s Eve for food, ended up leaving before food came. All we got was the appetizer which was chips and queso. Never got asked to refill drinks. Wasn’t even super busy. Got told it wasn’t the severs fault where it was New Year’s Eve… didn’t comp our meal. Didn’t see but 2 things leave the kitchen during the time. Noticed after the Ohio st. game went off food finally started coming out quicker. Will never eat here again

Went a few weeks ago, tried to get a table, was told by the waitress that she’d be right with us. Fifteen minutes later, we walked out and went somewhere else. The food is always cold, mediocre, and takes forever to be served anyways, so I do not feel like we honestly missed out. This location in particular is notorious for being absolute garbage. Do better.

Got to Bdubs in Portsmouth at 130. Waitress took our order. 1 chicken wrap, and an appetizer sampler. Got our drinks. Only a handful of people. Never checked on us. After an HOUR I found her, asked. (230!!!)Here she came with our cold food and not a complete sampler platter! She said they could adjust the cold fries! We walked out! Really????!!!!!
