We stopped for lunch and a couple of the Lunch Platter Specials looked interesting. The Southern Chicken Sandwich included fries and a drink for $12. The chicken was moist and tender. The All-American Burger came with fries and drink for $13. The burger had two patties which were juicy. Both were great values and good enough to order again! Alanta was attentive and checked on us several times.

Buffalo Wild Wings has seriously gone downhill over the years. Every time I come in, the inside looks dirty and unkept. The floors, tables, and even the booths look like they barely get cleaned. The food has gotten worse too — the fries are always hard, dry, and taste like they’ve been sitting under a warmer forever.
On top of that, the service is unacceptable. I’ve seen servers rush to clean tables and clear their sections just so new customers can sit, but they don’t make the people who are already seated a priority at all. It’s like once you’re served, you’re forgotten.
This used to be a good spot, but at this point it’s not even worth the visit anymore. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to do way better.

Consistently slow service . Went in with a small group and was waiting for about an hour before

I usually order online because I tend to have better experience. In store I just feel like it’s not as clean as it should be, but I understand how busy this place can get on a game night! Our food is always fresh, and instructions are followed every time! I have great experiences with the people at the front desk, as well as asking a question over the phone, I’ve had great help and service here.

Was not clean and it was not busy at all took the waitress forever to get to the table. When will we ordered our food there were three of us I had my food then my son got his 10 minutes later and I was done eating my food when my mother got hers. Was not happy with the place.

The service was some of the worst service that we have experienced in a long time. Server gave us sodas from a machine that we are almost certain she already knew that the soda was warm and not carbonated. It was the closest machine for her. She went and got us new sodas from a different area after we had to ask another person to go get her. She just wasn’t friendly or attentive. Asked us if it was one check or two. Went away for 5 minutes to come back and say would you like a box and the check? The kicker…. It wasn’t even busy! It was 8pm on a Saturday. She had like 2 or 3 tables including us. The food was decent but not worth the price. The atmosphere was a little tarnished by the partially cleaned tables and the trash on the floor throughout the dining area. Don’t plan on coming back for a while…

The past few times I’ve had horrible service but I came in on Saturday and had Hunter and he was so wonderful! I’m glad they actually got someone decent in here working because it’s always rough but he knew what he was doing I was surprised when he stated he was newer. Great time

The boneless wings were hard as a brick. Fries were dehydrated and only warm. Way too pricey for what we got.
