A shout out to Kadence (sorry if I spelled her name wrong). Being a stranger in town, I stopped in BWW’s and instantly was greeted, asked what I would like to drink, and handed a menu. She would also engage in small talk when ever she had a chance while taking care of other customers. I felt very welcomed at this place, and plan on making many more stops at this location.

The place was crowded and very clearly understaffed. We were surprised when our server, Robin, took our orders within 3 minutes. We watched as she managed multiple large parties. She brought us our food promptly and we didn’t have to wait for drinks and refills. Thank you Robin! This visit could have went very badly had you not tried so hard! We appreciate you!

We used to frequent buffalo wild wings. They do have good food and good cocktails. However the past few times I’ve been in with my family and friends I’ve been disappointed. Food takes way longer than it should to come to the table. We wait on bar drinks for a lengthy period, and more than once our drinks have been made wrong, or are missing garnishes, the rim etc. Management has really went down hill at a few locations, it just doesn’t seem as if the staff is trained properly or they just don’t care. I was served beer cheese pretzels as an appetizer, than told after I got it, sorry were out of beer cheese would you like another sauce?? That should’ve been the start of the conversation when I ordered beer cheese pretzels. My son in law had a hair in his cheeseburger, which I understand it happens, but I had to chase down another server to get it fixed, then waited over a half hour for my new one. My server didn’t even know until AFTER it reached my table that the first one was sent back. And it was on my check. Not that I mind paying for food we ate, it just seems that the staff doesn’t communicate or work as a team. Not once did a manager stop by or see how we were doing, considering the re make of food. Service is mediocre. It’s sad honestly. Buffalo wild wings used to be a place we truly enjoyed to eat. Now, when or if we go, we wonder what kind of mess we might end up in. Alliance and Canton location have really went downhill in the last few years. They can do better.

I’ve been here before for a to go order. This time, my pretzels were fine but the cheese was opened and all over the order. The lid was melted in the box and a plastic disc in my food. The boneless wings are just a different word for chicken tenders. They were hard and gross. Will not go back.

Ordered pickup orders a few days this week. The traditional wings were dry and had barely any sauce on them. You can see the picture. Very disappointing once I returned to my hotel i wasn’t going back out.

Went here today for lunch, had Jana as my server, she was great! Order was accurate, fast, and delicious. She stayed on top of my drinks and was able to get me something to go with no hassle quickly. The only other person I saw working was the cook whom also dropped stuff off to customers as needed if she was busy doing something else. Seems like this place has really turned around compared to 4-5 years ago, highly recommend, and again props to Jana my waitress!!

Went there tonight for diner and received no service after being seated. We sat and watched several others that were seated after us being served. After a while we decided to just get up and leave. Poorly ran establishment with obviously not enough staff.
