We had the nachos and they were so sad. Mostly chips , cheese, not melted. Paid extra for chicken, it probably had 2 tsp of chicken. Would not get them again. Tater tots were good.

Its pretty good if you come to just chill. The Burgers are Calorie Bombs eich i was looking for. Flavors are pretty good too :)) and the the Staff is super friendly

I had a pick up order. They direct you to the back to pick it up. That’s annoying, I don’t want to walk through a restaurant to pick up my food. Not necessarily a Not necessarily an huge deal. But the idea of ordering it to go order is for convenience walking through the restaurant is inconvenient. It doesn’t make practical sense to have the pick up area in the very back by the kitchen door.Also there is no signage to direct you there. Also multiple staff member saw me standing at the front, not knowing where to go and didn’t direct me. I scheduled my pick up. I feel like my food was ready on time, but nobody went back there to just package my food and I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes. I think that because my fries were really cold, and my wings were lukewarm.
I don’t blame the staff. I blame the corporation because it’s clear that this location is understaffed.

If you want to wait for 50 minutes to get a mid to low meal, come here. Sauces aren’t want they used to be. Service takes forever. Also, anicidotally, I was missing a wing on my order. I mentioned it to my server, but she said “I talked to the manager and they said one wing isn’t enough to bother with”. Like, I agree, my waistline didn’t need that wing either, but it is the principle of the thing! If I asked an ATM for $20 but it only gave me $19 I’d be pissed too. Anyway, skip this place and go somewhere local where they might give a care about the food and service.

If you order carry-out check your bag before you leave. About every time they don’t give you something you ordered and then you have to call the store to get refunded. It’s a hassle. I dread when my family wants to order out from here because I know what’s coming. IDK why there’s such a big customer service gap there.
The traditional drums lately have been coming out with BARELY any meat on them and can see the bone sticking out tossed in sauce which is sad for the price you pay.

I definitely recommend this place. The food was very good and the service was fast and friendly. The only issue I had was getting overcharged for my meal but my waitress was quick too correct for me.

Waited for an hour and a half for our food, just for the server to come tell us it was messed up. The server seemed unbothered about it. Then we ordered a large cheese curds and only got 8 cheese curds. Never going back here. Don’t waste your money.
