I came to eat here at 10:45 on a Monday night and they close at 12 so needless to say I was hoping for good service. I got lucky to have a great bartender who ordered our food correctly even tho we were picky got me a refill even tho the Pepsi zero was a good walk for her since it’s not at the bar and she would have even cooked our food for us if she needed too. She cooked the burgers for her previous table she said. She is an all star and I hope bdubs recognizes her. The food was hot and tasted fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Better than I remember it. The smash burgers are quite good, packed full of flavor. I’d definitely order a burger here again. The fries are okay. The tenders are nicely fried with a good crisp. The sauce all very flavorful, although all of them seemed to be on the salty side. Overall, like I mentioned, better than expected. Thanks to a great smash burger.

I have had great service in person and online with this location. Consistently getting orders correct online with the food hot and fresh. All the servers who waited on me were nice and helpful.
When dining from home, I actually love ordering off their website as opposed to GrubHub and other services. Plus I earn reward points.
Even though they are known for the wings, my favorite is the All-American Burger and tots. The Ultimate Nachos with Chicken is very good and plentiful. The same can be said for the Sampler which comes with wings (bone-in or bone-out), onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and Ultimate Nachos with Chicken. The Southern Chicken Sandwich is nothing to sneeze about. I have to smash it down to get it to fit inside my mouth.

Ordered and waited IN-STORE OVER 30 MINUTES, only to receive food that was NOT fresh. Had to put my chicken in the AirFryer as soon as I got home. I only live 6 minutes away. Chicken looked pale. Then, they only gave me a fingertip amount of Wedges that comes with my order. I should’ve checked my order in store and asked for my money back. Wish I could give NO stars. Do better!

Food was good but 3 things kinda annoyed me. 1. They were completely out of onion rings (pregnancy craving so I drove all the way there for those specifically)
2. Dirty utensils.. it’s like they kept the unused knives fron previous guests that didn’t get used on deck for the next customer..
3. I asked the lady specificity if the kitchen could add ketchup and mustard to my burger. She said they probably won’t but I’ll ask. I hate cold or room temp ketchup on burgers so that’s why I asked. When I got my burger, only mustard was on there. Like what would it have hurt to throw a little on there since they were putting mustard on anyway?? So that made my day… . Over all service was ok.. food was good minus no ketchup..

I got an order of traditional wings last night and most of them still had feathers in them! The one in the picture was ridiculous. These are way too expensive to be nasty like this!
P.S. your website to “make it right” says that they can’t help me any further because I used a delivery service. Buffalo wild wings fried feathers, not Uber eats.

I’m never one to complain but I have to give it to them on this one. I called and ordered 20 boneless wings and two sides of fries. They told me it would be 20 to 25 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes after I called. My food was ice cold. I had to wait 25 minutes minutes for my food as there were so many people that kept just jumping in line in front of me. Random people breathing and touching my food. I highly do not recommend this place. I’ve been coming here since I was just a little kid. Sad to see a place go downhill like this. I Wouldn’t be surprised if I heard this place was shutting down.

Got boneless wings and fries only to have the chicken look like it was just thrown in the box and my fries were, cold, brown and probably old. I paid $35 for a mess of chicken and inedible fries. Not to mention I waited 45 mins for the order.. Which is unfortunate cause usually this location does so well. Probably won’t be ordering carry out from there anymore.

We bought my nephew here for his birthday me and my boyfriends food tasted like soap we sent food back only but wing asked to speak to manager he played it like we made it up only offered to take food off not remake then my daughter daughter said hers tasted like soap as well
