I ordered online for pickup to take home the app. So easy to use and good deals. Amazing deals on the app. I don’t know if that’s just in the app or in store also but whatever and went in there right on time. The food was ready. The service was excellent. I was in and out in like less than a minute I think. Just wanted to say top notch. The food was great as ordered and I have nothing but High marks to say about the place.

Food is always pretty good here and the service is amazing! I’m even more impressed with how proactive they have been with a scammer who has been visiting this establishment soliciting people eating at the restaurant to “donate” money by scanning a QR code. Thankfully Madelyn & Rebecca helped us by giving us a warning that the person asking for donations has scammed multiple people. They escorted that person out and it made it very greatful for the staff there.

I showed up at 6pm on a Saturday which I know can be busy… It was my birthday though! I tried to put my name in for a group of 5 and was told I couldn’t be sat at all for the evening. The two hosts were not helpful, rude, and didn’t even try to tell me “it’ll be two hours” and I’d go somewhere else feeling like they tried. They took two looks at the screen and said too bad for me. Luckily this isn’t my normal B-Dubs, I was trying to make it easier on my family and gf to meet up. I used to come here all the time growing up. Will not be back since the hosts ruined my experience with this location. No excuse for that terrible guest experience!! Longhorn was incredible and my family had an amazing time there celebrating my birthday instead!!!

Sadly last night was one of the worst experiences me and my family have had here. We have been long time customers for years now and we always end up spending around 300$ every visit. The servers know our drinks and meals. We usually end up being around 10 to 14 people every time. Last night we got there around 6pm and were having fun and ordering food and drinks. Racking up a bill of 270 with a nice tip for our server, everything was going well until 8pm , shortly after we paid , the manager came and told us we had to move areas because the table they sat us at was now closed. We still had food and drinks on the table. Wings fries beers when we were practically kicked from our table. My question is, why try and move us from our table with food and drinks telling us your closing the section, before closing hour? We had kids and did not want to be near the bar. So why sit in a section you soon to close? I asked the manager and he didn’t seem to care and just laughed it off. We’ve never been treated this way here so it was a surprise , especially since we are nice good customers who treat their staff correctly. We own plenty of restaurants and know this isn’t how customers of whatever class should be treated. Whoever was the manager last night SUCKED ! And won’t be getting our business again. This felt like discrimination but who knows what was going on in his mind. Won’t be seeing us again.

just ordered wings with sauce and when it was delivered it came with 0 sauce, my partner just worked all day and was really looking forward to some easy food. They literally couldn’t even put sauce on the wings let alone come with the celery, carrots, and ranch. It’s LITERALLY the bare minimum for a place that sells chicken for an outrageous price as it already is. Bad service, bad food, bad brand this store represents.

We were very disappointed by the staggered food service. My husband received his Buffalo Chicken Wrap and was halfway done before my Grilled Chicken Dippers and fries even arrived.
I understand the desire to serve food “Hot and Ready,” but it completely ruins the group dining experience when we can’t eat together. Please work on timing table orders so all items arrive simultaneously. Also, my husband’s wrap didn’t have the buffalo sauce or ranch, as described on the menu. Half of the celery was old and half the carrots were dry. Oof.

If you’re looking for a good place to watch some football the atmosphere here is top notch for any game day. The servers are always friendly, but can run a little slower depending on the night. My food has been hot the last few times I have came and I have asked for ‘wet’ wings and I get what I ask for. My family and I usually dine here for their boneless Thursday nights making us able to eat for an affordable cost. Server Alyssa treated us greatly & went above and beyond.

Had a horrible meal at this restaurant. Nick was a miserable employee, his demeanor is rude and condescending. He’s more interested in hanging out with his co workers than doing his job. He’s was not attentive and I gave up on having an issue with my food fixed because he was no where to be found half the time. The manager was no help either, she seemed to be more interested in being friends with her employees than actually being a manager. No one seemed to be actually working or appeared as if they wanted to be there. Your store needs an overhaul from the top down starting with your managers and employees like Nick. He’s a very poor representation of your restaurant.
