Visited early on Saturday evening before a concert downtown. They were not busy. Sat with our drinks for 20 minutes before our order was taken. 45 minutes AFTER we ordered there was no sign of our server or our food. Finally spotted her and asked if she could please check on our order as we had a show to get to. When she made her way back to us she said it would be another 40-45 minutes before our food would be ready so we left and hit a drive thru. Will never visit this location again and would give less than one star if I could.

Let’s talk chicken…1st time ordering from this location lived in the area for over 20 years so I decided to give this location a try….ordered a 30 pack bone-in wings 20 honey BBQ 5 honey garlic and 5 mango habernero.
Expecting to get hot juicy and delicious wings i pick up my order and rush home to enjoy only to discover the wings are hard extremely crunchy and over fried completely dried out.
I contact the store and spoke to a gentleman manager who was glad to replace the order he said bring the receipt back and he could do it with no issues. Happy to hear it we agreed I would visit the location on a different day.
I felt it was maybe a different cook.who could’ve been new and we all have days we are not at our best. This was on a Tuesday!
The following Saturday I returned with receipt in hand and ordered the exact same thing. My order was ready in 10 minutes. I didnt check the order BIG MISTAKE. I returned home only to find the wings were made the exact same way dried out and not edible at all. Completely horrified I returned with the order in hand and spoke to a manager named Wes who stated ” Im not gonna remake the order i will just give you your money back k because this is the way we make our wings. Then said I counted the wings and its only 15 in the box” now let me tell you folks he stated this with about 5 people in the location and I was completely aggravated and offended as I asked him to pull the returned ite.s back out and count again as I am not a dishonest person he smiled and said okay!
Rather he meant it as a joke I did not appreciate being lied on and insulted in such a way! Completely inappropriate in any situation! I will never suggest this location to anyone as the wings are dried out and over cooked! and the service was not at all what I expected considering I visit the Harper’s point location regularly and only stopped at the Glendale Milford rd location on my way back from the near by park! Food should never be served in that condition ever!

55 minutes for a carry-out order. When I gave my name, the young lady walked away and didn’t return. 17 minutes later I asked for a manager, he was rude and minimized my concern. Placed order at 6:10pm, pick up set for 6:40pm. I arrived at 6:37pm, gave my name, finally received my food at 7:01pm. He requested that I not return, that will not be an issue. I’ll never give them another dime of my money. A little communication with your customers can go a long way. A simple statement letting me know something was taking longer than expected, instead of leaving me standing at the counter, while playing on her phone and talking to coworkers. Worst experience I’ve had there and that’s saying a lot. 2 weeks ago my wife and I waited 45 minutes for chicken tenders. Customer service is dead

Bad night during this visit. We came to celebrate my grandson’s birthday but our server seem to forgot a lot of our orders. Our waitress also walked away in the middle of us ordering our food and was gone for an extended time before coming back. There were 2 additional servers that came to help and correct our orders but our wait was still over an hour. Unfortunately after everyone have gotten there food my grandson had to wait an additional 30 plus minutes for his food. The food pictured was cold and hard. My chicken sandwich and fries were hot so they didn’t mess up everything. Overall I would give them another chance but it’s a Saturday night and this place isn’t full like the Kenwood location I usually go to. The Manager West did come out to offer help and apologized for the bad experience and reduced our bill by $10-$20 and gave us gift cards as well.

I can honestly say this is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We had a party of eight and it took forever to get a server and when we did the drink order was not right and it took forever. We asked for the tv to be changed 4 times before it finally was. Server seemed to be overwhelmed and the restaurant was not that busy. Had to go to the bar to get drinks due to we never saw our server. When we finally got to order food it was not good when it was delivered to our table all was cold and half our table never got there food . Food had been setting in the window forever. Please understand I come from the restaurant industry and always give them the benefit of the doubt but this experience was bad. Never leave bad reviews on restaurants because I know it is hard work with little respect. Your sole purpose is to serve food and drinks and you could not even do that. BW3 you should be ashamed of how this restaurant is run and guests are treated.

This place is SO slow. The waitress didn’t seem very knowledgeable, and completely forgot my side. The were out of several drinks and beers. If you’re in any sort of a hurry, do not come here! They do have great cauliflower wings, but you can get those at any location. I would advise skipping this place, and find another Buffalo Wild Wings near by.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Buffalo Wild Wings. My friend ordered a beer, and because it was overfilled and dripping down the sides, his glass slipped out of his hand before he even took a sip. We politely asked the manager if he could comp the drink, and he refused, claiming it was “our fault” and insisting the glass was only wet from condensation. Instead of listening or trying to make it right, he argued with us.
As a manager, your job is to improve situations, not escalate them. Good customer service keeps people coming back, and this manager clearly needs training, or a different career altogether.
To make things worse, our server was extremely slow and inattentive. It took my friend over 30 minutes just to get a water.
We won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly urge the owner to reconsider who they have managing this restaurant. Terrible experience all around.

The wings are tasty and crispy with a nice coating of flavor. The jerk flavor is very nice n sweet and a bit of spice.
Chipotle dry rub is mild on heat but big on taste. Also the order of plain potato wedges goes great with their ranch or garlic parm sauce.
Would highly recommend those with ranch.

Went to bw3’s on Glendale Milford . My waitress was chrissy she was fantastic. The food was good and the service was terrific. I will always ask to seat me at her table. Thank you.
