Yeah food is alright, came out pretty cold, forgot bacon on my bacon hatch chile burger, didn’t put cheese after asking for cheese on my tots, brought out a large chicken salad after asking for a side salad. Then when I asked to have a couple bucks off for the incorrect order and all, the manager Stacy that came out was all “oh well we can take it back and remake it for you” with some attitude. I go out to eat to have good food and good service, and if you can’t get the good food then at least have good service. Stacy is not a good manager at all, but the servers are sweet at the least.

Stopped in for dinner and sat at a bar high top. Bartender was awesome. Quick service. Fresh and hot food. One of the best BW3 experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Update: They were very helpful and nice and got a refund. They said that this should have never left the kitchen looking like these and was very apologetic!! I gave a higher star for the quick response and excellent service with this issue.
This is an absolute worst experience from this restaurant!!!! The wing were extremely disappointing!!! The wings only had half the meat then normal AND still had FEATHERS on them!!!! How do you miss having feathers on there when making them…… things lookd good when I checked but I was finding all these after I started eating the top of the 30 wings I ordered… seems like they were trying to hide things…. I will be getting my money back!!!!!

Been coming to BDubs for many years. Mostly the Harper Point location and have always had a good experience. Went to the Milford location and it was awful. The glasses were extremely dirty, (So disgusting) the food was average at best. Very dispappointed.

Food game is weak here. Chicken and mozzerella sticks look and taste like they were delivered from the middle school cafeteria. They look even less apettizing. Drinks are served long after people should be cut off. These are not the good ol days where BW3 was the top dog. Better wings are just 1 exit north on 275. And at a better price.

They forgot fries and sauce for my wings which I get it mistakes happen. But then I open my wings and they were so hard they were inedible. 40 Boneless wings and all of them are hard enough to break a tooth.

We went there this evening for an early dinner. My wings came out barely warm and rather cool in come spots. My husband’s wings were warm and so were the potato wedges. My guess is that my food was sitting there for a while. We saw our server maybe 3 times and had to search to get a refill of drinks. All of the servers seemed to be in the kitchen and more concerned with conversing with each other. Our server was very attentive to the two other tables that had 4-5 people but barely came up to us. We only saw one server consistently and unfortunately he was not our server. The potato wedges were delicious but I was disappointed that my wings were not hot and it took so long to get a refill. I don’t think we will come back to this particular location.

Sever told me all the food would be brought out at the same time, my order was not. Had to ask 3 separate times for my food to finally be brought to me. My margarita had a disgusting, old, lime in the picture. Not happy with this location. Do not recommend.

8/16/2025 decided to have lunch at this establishment 12-1 pm the bartender took our order simultaneously but failed to bring both orders together after bringing just one order another 20 minutes later the second half arrived only after raising concern about order being late ….the bartender was not only condescending but lacked accountability for customer service and punctuality…the manager was obviously intimidated by his own staff and took no issue with his attitude as it was obvious that the encounter was not only humiliating and embarrassing but he allowed his staff to threaten a customer with physical removal….I personally oversee a nationwide installation company and had taken an employee there for lunch. I did not eat and was disappointed that the manager of this establishment displayed no concern for the negative publicity of his establishment that will begin here on google maps and ultimately spread to all social media platforms via my company , and my experience having attempted to to show this restaurant patronage…unfortunately we were not swift in action to take video of the exchange… I can only offer as a manager of a very large installation chain that any professional people visiting this area avoid this Buffalo wild wings at all cost. There are much better places to entertain employees and perspective clients in the area.
