If I could give them a zero I would… refills were basically nonexistent, people who came in after us got their food before us, 49 minute wait, was told they were waiting our patty melt (burger, patty melt and nachos… ) ummm its a burger on toast instead of a bun… well ok… food came out, burgers were hot, fries not so much and the nachos were ice cold… waited for a couple minutes for waiter to come back and not in site, had to flag down another one to get manager, waited nearly 5 minutes for manager to come to table and told him , the nachos were cold (the cheese sauce had resolidified on the chips) I just told him to take them off the bill, he said he could remake them and I said i had already waited 40 minutes for cold food, I was good… waiter came to check on us 5 minutes later and said sorry about the nachos they make them first, did they make them when he put the order in bc even the guacamole was starting to turn brown

PLEASE AVOID HERE IF YOU DECIDED TO CELEBRATE/EAT OUT WITH A LARGE GROUP!!! It really seems like the servers aren’t allowed to be on the same page with each other or their managers. This restaurant expects its paying customers to keep track of every item ordered and if your bill is paid in full. What happened to taking care of customers when they decide to eat and spend money at your establishment. They will easily make mistakes and not apologize for them. Instead of fixing issues they caused, they blame customers for misunderstandings.
After giving this place a lot of business and thousands of dollars, I will no longer come back or bring people. The manager today was refusing to come out and talk about an issue they created, Manager proceeded to accuse us of walking out and not paying our bill in full.
Food taste like frozen tv dinner here, check out MST Pub or Fricker’s for better service and quality food.

First time back in a long prepandemic absence. Seating was prompt. Service was friendly and quick to bring my draft choice and gave me just the right amount of time to determine my order. Food was delivered timely and looked very appetizing. Prepared well and tasted great. I was on my own this visit and I think I’ll do it again. Was very relaxing and quiet.

They always tell me the kitchen is backed up so food will take up to an hour. How small is that kitchen?! This is a famous restaraunt and bar we’re talking about here. It’s going to get busy, It’s going to get packed, people will order alot of food, and If you can’t handle that, hire more workers! Or hire better ones!

We love this place. Teriyaki wings are my husband’s favorite and I had the Sampler (with half coming home). They didn’t get my nachos right and there was very little cheese on them, but otherwise all good.

I came in to get my takeout the other day and a girl said she’d check on my order for me. Me and someone else that was already there waited for at least 15 minutes. And when she came back she was holding 5 or 6 other bags on her arms! I mean how long were our orders ready for?

Honestly, BWW wasn’t our first choice for dinner. We went into a local Mexican restaurant and were ignored, so we left and came to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Tiffin.
We were greeted and sat right away. Sarina was our server. She was pleasant and attentive with our food and drinks. We ordered the unlimited app special and two entrees.
The apps came out right away! Hot and delicious. Our entrees came out in a timely manner and was also good. We ordered another set of apps. From other reviews about the app special, I expected to wait a while. That wasn’t the case. They and out right away, hot and delicious.
It was a great dining experience. Also thanks Sarina for the great local ice cream recommendation!
