As a combat veteran I want to thank first of all the greatest waiter Connor and secondly the whole establishment as a whole for always having a spectacular experience, environment, and service. Thank you so much for your service best location by far in all USA and I’ve ate in almost every state and never had the service this location or Connor gives! Everyone tip this man well he deserves it and please blessed the location aswell the food is beyond amazing!!!! Akron one sucks make the drive to canton you won’t regret it!!! Also I went in 15 min before they closed and stayed 20 min after close and they did not hesitate to still make the food outstanding but won’t come in that late again

Check everything in your bag every single time you order anything to go because they will forget something every single time you order. I guess third time is a charm for me because I will be checking my bags every single time I order something from them to go box by box because for the third time in a row now I’ve gotten all the way home just to realize something was incorrect and the only reason why I did not check my order the last time I was there is because the lady at the counter looked like she thoroughly went through the entire bag in front of me and she looked at everything on the ticket as she was looking in the bag to confirm and then she handed me my bag so I assumed that she took note of everything that I ordered yet I should have double-checked it myself because I was missing an entire entree so Granite they will correct it for you they will remake the food or they will give you a restaurant credit for the inconvenience however if you would just prefer your food the first time around then I strongly suggest you double check all of your to-go orders every single time you get food from this restaurant because it is a necessity if you want your entire order to be present. The wings are good if you like traditional wings, if you want boneless wings they taste just like every other basic boneless wings out there very similar to what you can buy in the frozen section at your local grocery store. Expect to pay higher than normal prices on pretty much everything they sell unless you go on a day that a discount is offered or if you use their Buffalo Wild Wings app, if you use the app you can get reasonable prices but if money is no object for you then you should most likely enjoy the experience overall especially if you like traditional wings and they will make them to order at your preference whether it be extra crispy or extra wet on the sauce or light sauce whatever your preference ask and they will try to accommodate. Definitely be weary of your to-go orders and check them every time yourself to avoid having to make an extra trip back to the restaurant and taking time out of your day to do something you did not originally anticipate.

We liked the food very much, it was tasty and delicious, but the service was terrible. There were a bunch of tables available, yet it took a while for someone to acknowledge we were waiting. I ordered a drink, and 20 minutes later, there was still no drink. Unfortunately, the waitress was not very friendly either. We were disappointed, to say the least. Conclusion, not a place we would like to go back.

Service was slow. Not even busy. Our server never came and checked on us, never asked how the food was. Only asked if we wanted a refill after we were done eating. The sauce on the wings is very inconsistent. The table next to us had plenty sauce covering their wings. The photo below is what I was served. Some of them hardly even covered.

Well where to start, it took about 10 minutes to get seated when they was not that busy. Seen at least 8 spots open for seating when we was told it would take another 10 mins to get something cleaned off. Finally sat down waited 5 mins for a server that walked past us like 6 times, while waiting noticed the floors are disgusting, table for our entire visit has not been cleaned off, we ordered an appetizer and wings and a wrap. The food came out before the app did. But the server finally was decent but I still will not be back to this one again!

Service was wonderful, our waitress princess was very polite and pointed us towards the best options! The atmosphere was great, love all the tvs so you can see the game from any angle. Was not thrilled about the wait for the food honestly but over all was a very good experience!

We placed an order and they had third party delivery deliver order. 12/30/25 we didn’t get our food till a lil over two hours after it was placed. When food got here everything was wrong and cold fries and tots couldn’t even be eaten, drinks watered down. Sandwiches w wrong toppings. So very disappointing. I tried calling but no answer but it is now 9:00 o’clock on a Tuesday. I need a refund

I ordered takeout garlic Parmesan and Thai curry traditional wings tonight. I live less than 10 minutes away but when I opened the containers I couldn’t believe my eyes. The size of the wings were small, dried up and very little sauce. I can’t believe I spent $55 on these wings.

My husband, one and half year old son and I went out tonight to celebrate my birthday early. We have been to other b-dubs in the past and the atmosphere and servers weren’t anything to write home about. But SYDNEY! Sydney needs more than recognition! She was above and beyond. You like when you’re server seem like they WANT to serve you. Not like it’s an annoyance for them. She acknowledged my son and took time with us even with a large party table. She helped us with all our questions and was very attentive to our time and food. She didn’t just pick up our plates from the kitchen she LOOKED and made sure it was correct and what standard she would want if the roles were reversed. We felt like she knew us. Like she was serving some friends. We also watched her take her time with every table she had and even when the host wasn’t up at the front to do their job or clear the tables she was right on it clearing her own tables and greeting guest while like I mentioned before having a large party on top of other tables. Sydney’s a fantastic server and a wonderful person! We will come back because of her! Thank you Sydney for giving us an amazing experience it made our whole night complete.
