Just had an awesome visit to Buffalo Wild Wings and I have to brag on it for a second
I ordered the bone-in wings with the honey garlic sauce and WOW — absolutely delicious. That sauce was everything… sweet, savory, and full of flavor. My fiancé got the beer cheese cheesesteak and it was so good, super cheesy and loaded just right. My daughter had the chicken dippers with fries and she ate every bit — no complaints from anyone at the table!
The service was friendly, fast, and on point. Definitely a 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

I have been dinning @ this particular location behind the Southern Park Mall in Youngstown, OH and I have never had a true complaint until yesterday. I love BW’s but I did NOT love the very rude GM who did not greet me when I came in the establishment nor provides any effective leadership or training to her employees, (The emp did NOT double check the order against a receipt and missed an item), and who lastly doesn’t value the customer’s biz at all. I was down right offended when I asked to speak with the Mgr only to find out she was the mgr…..completely stunned but it all makes sense the poor customer service and attitudes of the young staff following suit of their leadership. The crazy part is, I frequented this particular location a lot and NEVER had any issues until I came in contact with the most unprofessional Mgr ever, who may I add….does NOT need to work in the hospitality industry bcuz she is terrible at it. We exchanged words and when I asked her for her name….she proceeded to tell me it’s on the door which floored me even more but it was eye opening to know ur money means nothing to her and she will behave as poorly as wants. I will no longer spend money at this particular location nor would I advise u to….trust me when I tell u, her attitude is that of take it or leave it…..

Honestly hate to leave a bad review but i give this place chance after chance and its fails every time! Food is never fresh nor cooked properly. Wings are never fully sauced , if you place a pick up something will most likely be missing. Ordered 10 hot and 6 bbq boneless wings received 4 and a 1/2 half sauced hot boneless wings and 5 hefty looking bbq boneless.

I’m not a fan of their wings but I love their burgers, nachos, and salads. We dine in and order delivery and all of our food has been on point. We don’t dine in as much because my hearing is affected by loud noise but it’s a great place to grab a drink and a bite to eat and chill with family and friends.

Great tasting wings and good beer. What more can you ask for from bdubs. The atmosphere was good, and the service was very good. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was $11 for the cheese curds (see the picture below).

Most of the time I have a great experience but unfortunately it’s a little hit or miss. Food is exactly what you would expect and the place is pretty clean. It’s just a roll of the dice whether or not you get a good server. Typically I do and would definitely would recommend. Just occasionally the server seems to disappear even if the place isn’t very busy.

I’m not a real big fan of giving reviews like this. Mainly because it’s more than one factor.
First of all the cleanliness of the utensils. There was a hair in one of the silverware sets at the table. And the other set literally had food particles still on it.
We were there on a busy day and our server had tables spread out all over the place. Not her fault there was a hostess seating and maybe they go by the next person through the door that doesn’t have a table that’s who they give it to. I used to serve myself in a Mexican restaurant I know how it is not having an actual section. But on a Sunday they definitely should have had one more waitress or waiter and they definitely should have grouped them together. There were a lot of football fans there that day which is understandable for a sunday. There was a 12 top which in server lingo that means 12 people at a table. So that might have set things a little bit differently as well I don’t go here all the time I do not know.
They do have people bringing out food helping the waiters and waitresses. Either way it was around 15 minutes in between seeing her at times. And there was a server station right behind our table.
The food took a while to come out which I understand because of the 12 top!

The service was great, as always, but…
My problem, time and time again with this location, is that they ALWAYS skimp on the sauce, at least on boneless wings. I’ve been here 5 times now and there’s never enough sauce. The sauce always covers less than 50% of the chicken, which just ruins the whole experience.

Nachos were a mix of fresh and old. Old were chewy and did not crunch.
Waitress was spot on with taking the drink order and and quick follow up with food order. This was on a busy day with college football on all the screens.
