First horrible experience. This is my local bdubs so I’ve gone here many times and never had an issue with my order. Online pickup is always on time and even in restaurant they tend to be pretty speedy but today was a different story completely. First, I go to pickup my order and it’s not ready, which is understandable things get busy. I’m told it will be about 3 minutes (I waited 15 total), then once my order comes up the employee checked I had sauces and even got me extra but was handing me the wrong order, so when I did get home and realize this I call them back and they actually have my order! So I drive back and it’s now 50 minutes from my original pickup time and not a single person thought to remake my order out of courtesy!! I’ve worked in food service and that’s blatantly obvious to do especially when sitting SO long. The burger was obviously so greasy from soaking and the aioli had dripped out. And to top it off once I get home with my ‘correct order’ my plain potato wedges are slathered in cold cheese and stuck together like a brick. (see picture) I did get a refund but they need more staff, better training, or more competent people. Maybe all of the above!

We stopped at this BW3 couple weeks ago. After bad experience couple years ago we thought we’d give it another try. We sat at the bar since they were clearly short staffed and didn’t want to wait in line for a table. Just ordered wings, a burger and fries. After waiting and hour the food was not hot, barely warm. So disappointed again. I felt sorry for the young woman working the bar, she was by herself and busy getting drinks for the tables and working the bar. Definitely won’t go back to this location, next time we’ll try another restaurant in the area.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Medina, Ohio, on March 27. My experience was a mix of appetizing dishes and a vibrant setting.
I ordered the boneless chicken, taking advantage of their buy-one-get-one-free offer, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was flavorful and well-cooked. Additionally, I tried their tasty chicken burger, which was juicy and satisfying.
The ambience of the restaurant was excellent, creating a lively and welcoming environment that enhanced our dining experience. However, despite the great food and atmosphere, there were areas that could be improved, leading me to rate my experience a 4 out of 5.
Overall, while the food and ambience stood out positively, there’s room for improvement to enhance the overall dining experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Medina.

Terrible visit all around tonight. We arrive and there were approximately 15 other people (people not tables) in the restaurant. Our waitress took our order promptly (6 traditional wings x 2 orders and one order of tater tots) and then we waited for 35 minutes. Never seeing our waitress again. She never stopped by to check in. After 30 minutes we had to flag down a worker who happened to be walking by to find out where our food was. Our waitress finally stopped by and said she will check on the food but last she checked only the tots were done. 5 minutes later she still had not returned with an update and we got up & walked out. They were not busy and there was plenty of laughing and joking going on with the staff (easy to hear in a mostly empty restaurant).
Waitress was not at all helpful or present.
Food was non existent.
Very poorly run. I really like wings, but it will be a long time before I go back.

We used to come here regularly. Tonight will be the last time we try it. The last 3 times we have been we’ve had horrible service, slow service, and cold food. Tonight our appetizers came out before our drinks. My food and my kids came out before my husbands. They finally brought out his food and it was wrong. Never checked on after food delivered. We ran out of drinks and the server was no where to be found. We came at about 5:30 and it was a ghost town. It was us and about 6 other tables (less than 5 people per table) and 4 people at the bar. Check was rang up wrong. Nothing was comped for the slow food and cold food. Just a sorry for the delay. Our toddlers fries were so hard he couldn’t even eat them. I don’t see this location lasting much longer.

I expected better from Buffalo Wild Wings. A 40-minute wait for a burger is way too long, especially when the kitchen can’t even get the bacon right. My triple cheeseburger was ruined by burnt bacon. Very poor quality control.

Too much pepper not enough salt. I got the bacon patty melt. It was good but I took off some of the onions because it overpowered most of the other ingredients in the sandwich. Good place to chill and watch some sports.

We don’t come here often and have been disappointed in the past so we usually stay away but had a gift card so decided to use it. Slow service that didn’t really check in – an example would be getting our side dishes ordered incorrectly but still getting the upcharge in price. Food is expensive and not good (also didn’t have the first three things I ordered). Not crowded (maybe 5-7 other tables) but still waited longer than needed for food (over half an hour). When we got our food it was all cold. I’d stay away and spend my $120 somewhere else with better service, food, and prices.
The follow up says to contact some link to make my inconvenience better. I don’t care to make anything better just giving everybody the heads up of what to expect when you come here. Furthermore, after eating here my daughter spent the night throwing up.

We got seated by a waitress because there was no host. Once we were seated we waited 1.5 hrs to get our food. We try to be understanding as we know there are staffing shortages, but nobody ever came back to get us fresh drinks. I had to personally go back into the cubby to refill my families drinks after we had requested refills. I also had to go up to the bar to get us straws and silverware. Probably worst service I have ever had. Only thing that was quick was getting our check b/c they probably just wanted to get us out. No apology or explanation for why the service was awful.

The wings were very good. The service was mediocre, informing guests of deals such as buy one get one free, should be mentioned. I found out after buying 30 traditional wings for $35 , on Thursday is buy one boneless wing get one free. This was being advertised on the TV I watched while waiting for my wings. Overall it’s a big sports bar, and the mood of the environment is great, but my interaction with the younger cashier wasn’t that great.
