Great for that late-night snack and a drink. We got the sampler platter and it was yummy but the best part about this place is Mack greeting us like old friends and making us feel at home. She is an absolute treasure. That is what exceptional service looks like. Thanks again Mack. See you soon.

I recently had an order placed here a week before in advance, when I showed up to get my order, they told me the kitchen was behind and I ended up waiting in the restaurant an extra 30 minutes after my pickup time, despite setting this order for the time a WEEK prior. I filed a complaint with buffalo wild wings online who said they would reach out the restaurant almost a MONTH ago, and I still have not heard back anything. This was incredibly frustrating experience and not the first bad experience I have had with this particular BWW, which has gotten several of my orders wrong in the past. Would strongly suggest patroning elsewhere, such as Wing Warehouse in Stow

Food is good – on par with other BW3s – and the hostesses and bartenders and servers are good, as well… BUT here’s the thing, you’re a sports bar with patrons that want to watch sports and this is the 3rd weekend in a row where your satellite keeps going out to the point where all the TVs stop working. It’s 2025, it might be time to stop with satellite and get with a cable TV provider who can offer more reliable service, even if it means spending a few more dollars. We’re about at the point where we’re going to give up on this place and we don’t want to. Get it fixed, please.

However I picked out wilted dark lettuce from my salad. Didn’t they see this?? Why did you serve it then? Only a few tables to wait on… Just saying…
Seated at dirty table and had to request it be wiped down. What’s going on people.
Great I’m watching as the menu’s where being wiped down…great! But why walk away without wiping off the crumbs and salt (by the front entry)?? Guest like clean tables…maybe not enough help today…

This location would get 0 stars if I had the option. It was not a crazy busy night, yet our table waited 2.5 hours to get our food, which, “shockingly” was nothing great. We barely ate our food as it was unappetizing. A complete waste of time and staff was nothing better. When brought to our table we watched them drop all the silverware on the floor then pick it up and put it back on the table. I know the health department will love to hear about that. After waiting the 2.5 hours for our food, (again, very few customers inside, so it wasn’t busy), half of our order was incorrect. To top it off? Some of the servers, who clearly have no respect or pride to be working a job, were just laughing at the fact that the order was all incorrect. They even said it out loud as they continued laughing. Not that I expected a lot from a BWW, but I was hopeful for a little decency and clearly I shouldn’t have been. There will never be a next time at this place for us; no wonder there was no wait for a table on a Friday night (clearly no one else wants to eat here). It shouldn’t matter that this is a college town, customers deserve respect, good service, and proper food handling techniques that don’t violate health codes. Hopefully the fact that I WILL be speaking with the health department will motivate management to take action, since they can’t seem to effectively manage this location as it is.

We visited the Kent Ohio location Sunday December 7th around 2:30 p.m. The restaurant was not busy by any means. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait for a table of 4, when there were tables open. After about 10 minutes we were sat, and about 15 minutes after that our drink order was taken. Drink order arrived, not quickly. I ordered a bacon ranch chicken wrap and the waitress asked if i wanted that grilled or crispy, i chose grilled. I also asked for asian zing and jalapenos to be added. 30 minutes later our food arrived and my wrap was filled with shredded chicken, no ranch or asian zing and the tortilla was barely holding together because of how stale it was. Got ahold of the waitress and explained that my wrap was incorrect and she apologized, and said she would remove it from the bill and have the kitchen fix it. 20 minutes later a new wrap arrives. Drenched with asian zing, but once again filled with shredded chicken. When we asked for our bills, she brough them to the table and they were wrong as well.

All Hype.Not good at all .Ordered Chicken Ceaser Salad which was ok. But it was mostly just lettuce with part of a dry chicken breast on top.Do Not order the Beer Cheese Steak.Yipes they dumped cheap cheese whizz on it.Didnt have much flavor other than the cheese whizz cheap tasting couldn’t eat it . Not much meat on it either . Priced ridiculously high .Don’t order Beef in a Chicken Place .Lesson Learned .We Do Not recommend

DO NOT order take out or delivery from this location. You will always have missing items. If you order a combo you can guarantee that you will not receive your side item. We have ordered delivery/take out from here now 5 or 6 times and every single time we have food missing. If it’s takeout I always have to check and go back in to ask for the missing items.

I’m as surprised as you. I usually don’t like chain places. They were the least crowded at the time. We all had some kind of chicken sandwich and they were all good. The breading was light and crispy and were flavorful. The place was clean and the service was quick and good. I had a good experience.
