First thing we said was how awesome all the sport decor here was! So many representations of local and state teams, it was neat to see.
Kayla was our server, she was attentive and kind!
But the real reason we came was for a UFC poster. My younger teenage boy sons heard that BWW has UFC posters if you just ask for them. So we asked our server for one. She didn’t know about them, so we asked another server, who asked a manager. The manager came over to tell us that she would save us one if we came back in a week. So we left and decided to return next week. Then the same manager chased us down as we walked to our car and said “we found you a poster!!” So we went back in and the UFC poster was from a few months ago, but my son was just grateful to get one. And then as we were walking out, another manager came out and said we found it!! The poster from the same UFC fight that we came for!! We were so thrilled, and they totally made all our nights!
And the food was really great too!!!!

My wife’s food was not made as ordered. The staff behind the bar never made that experience feel as if that was important. They still gave you the feeling as if they were overwhelmed.
Its location is close and convenient, but the experience we had will keep us from going back. It really wasn’t anything special.
Over time I expect everything should improve as their staff becomes more comfortable with the demands of the crowd they attract.

Came in for the first time this evening. Pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere. Tons of TVs, very bright unlike most of the BW restaurants we’ve been to. Our bartender, Spencer, was friendly, attentive, and makes excellent drink drinks. The food was fantastic. Definitely will return.

Well if you’re looking for a place to eat a hot meal look somewhere else. I thought the one in Strongsville was bad and it is well this one come it at a very close 2nd. While the atmosphere is definitely great the rest of it falls way short. 35 minutes we waited after placing our order and its not like what we ordered was out of the ordinary. A couple of sandwiches and some wings but not the case here. Once we finally got our food it was cold the only thing colder was the ice in our empty drink cups. Like I said if your looking for a spot to have a mean hot look somewhere else. Buffalo Wild Wings you should definitely be ashamed at this type of service. That’s now 3 in the area that I will never go back to. The other 2 are Strongsville and Brooklyn. And after reading the other reviews I can see that their response is to have you fill out a form so they can discuss it with their team. Well judging by all the negative reviews their discussions aren’t working. I would and will just avoid this establishment.

Took the family here for boneless Thursdays.
Positive: The staff, the staff and the staff. Heather was fantastic as a server, and everyone was friendly and helpful!
Positive: The outdoor lawn games were fun for the kids and adirondack chair seating was really nice to relax in after dinner, and they had decent music outside.
Negative: The boneless wings – while they were fine for a chicken nuggie, there were several pieces where they basically fried up a tiny scrap crumb of mostly breading and served it as one of 6 wings. See pictures for reference. Especially given the price point (after tax and tip, over $1 per piece even with BOGO), and the fact that they were overfried a bit, crunching on a small disk or crumb of crunchy breading was not the most pleasant. I was thinking we ordered too much with 36 boneless for 2 adults and 2 under 10 kids, but instead we finished a bit hungry.
Positive: It was nice that they didn’t upcharge for optional celery, carrots and ranch.
Negative: There are BIG windows facing the setting sun, with NO shades to be drawn down. Thankfully they let us sit somewhere else, but 2 of our 4 would have had an awful time sitting in the initial offering with direct sun in their eyes.
We’ll try again for traditional wing BOGO some Tuesday, but for now will pass on the boneless again.

Would be nice if they had your food ready at time it was supposed to be ready instead of going there and still having to wait about 25 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches. Also if they gave you your sides that you had to pay an upcharge. Called and talked to a manager after I got home and they were supposed to credit part of my order back to my card. More than a week and a half later still nothing.

Ordered 20 wings, fries, and pickle chips. fried pickles were in whole fried clumps, fries were missing, and my wings were the wrong flavor. This was a to go order so by the time i got home they were closed. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This was my first and last time going here.

Pure Garbage. Ordered take out online. Said it would be done at 3:50. Walked in at 3:42. One person said they were tossing the wings, the next person told me they were working on it, and then I was told because of shift change, they were trying to hurry them up. Needless to say, I got the order at 4:13. The “wings” were tiny with not even a full bite of meat. I paid 99 cents more for all flats but on one order I got mixed. The drums were “meatless” and tiny as well. Mozz sticks were decent. Veggies were decent. I wasn’t a fan of BWW, but since this was a new location, thought I give them a try. All in all, I’d rather drive 3 1/2 hours to Wing Snob in Detroit, turn around and drive home, and then eat their wings after I got back home. They’d still be a billion times better than BWW. I NEED MEAT ON MY WINGS!!!! I didn’t order saucey bones.

I rarely leave reviews. I was in this location two times in the last week went in for wing night. The server was amazing bartender was awful. Ordered a beer before the food came out after we were finished eating still did not have the beer so cancel the order at that point they tried to bring the beer with the check went back on Sunday because the atmosphere seem like a great place to watch football when we arrived. The place was almost empty, but they did not wanna let us sit in the bar area where we wanted to Because they couldn’t figure out who was working that section. Finally got that taken care of order food order a cocktail and a short glass came out tall asked them to remake it. Watch the server go to the bartender watch the bartender laugh, and pour it into a shortcut and send it back fairly obvious both days that the bartenders were bullying. The servers the servers were amazing

Could have been 5 stars. It was extremely loud inside due to their audio system being set way too high. Like should have had ear plugs, hearing damage loud! We ate outside to alleviate this issue. If not for this option, we most likely would have left. The other issues was not as big of a deal, but our appetizer arrived well after our meals did. The food was very good.
