Terrible quality of food, very dry chicken wings (boneless and traditional) very light on the sauce. They put the sauce on after the put it in the to go boxes it seams like. Even forgetting a kids meal they have a order screen to check for everything and didn’t check for quality

BW3s 20 years ago was at its peak. Today the service was awesome. Our server Bella was polite and attentive. The food choices are limited… Think strictly bar food. The wing flavors are incredible, the wings taste wonderful with the perfect crisp. The big problem is the wings are the small ones. Think GFS popcorn shrimp. Years ago the wings were 3 times bigger, and one third the cost. Plenty of other nearby places with excellent quality wings at similar or better pricing.

Myself and daughter stopped here for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. The restaurant was mostly empty and still took 1/2 hour or more for food that was ultimately lukewarm at best. I ordered the beef cheesesteak. See photos for comparison of what is advertised on the menu and what I was given. No peppers or onions. I suggest finding another BW3’s.

Me and some of my coworkers occasionally stop in for lunch break, and Caitlyn (apologies if that’s not spelled right) provided some of the best conversation and service I’ve probably had in YEARS. The salad was perfect, and the cookie dessert was divine. I’ll definitely be back.

Used to be our favorite place for delicious chicken wings. Lately it has gone downhill. If you get takeout, you’ll find wings are dry with very little sauce and hard to chew. What’s the benefit of having 28 sauces if you’re not going to put it over the wings. We’re paying a lot for those wings, please don’t do so. Very disappointed.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience. My partner and I went out for a date night and we got the Mac And Cheese burger with fries, which was absolutely AMAZING. We also got the boneless wings which were super filling and the Honey Garlic sauce is back! Absolutely delicious and Id recommend trying that flavor.
Savannah was our server and she did an absolutely amazing job. Our nachos came out without the chicken with a food runner and she took them back to the kitchen and had them fixed for us so quickly. She is an absolute sweetheart and I recommend asking for her if you dine in!

This place nickel and dimes you every way possible. From not filling your draft beer to the top, (telling you they have to give you foam), charging you $3 for extra salsa (half full) etc. The food is rarely cooked properly and they charge $1.75 per chicken wing. That is 2x the price of most places. The bottled beers are also not cold, they would rather save on there electric bill than keep coolers cold. Save your money and consider going somewhere else.

Typically I’d just complain to the manager but I’m not sure where the staff all is. It’s dead on a Sunday. Food is burnt. No drink refills no silverware to eat my food.
How do you burn chips and salsa. Naked chicken tender so over done can’t cut them. Like I said I’d complain to staff but well idk where they are I guess I’ll see someone when they want paid.

Ok so this is more toward the company not this specific location but maybe it is location based I don’t know, but the prices for what you get now are hilarious and not worth it, luckily I had bought these during buy one get one and I still feel ripped off, if I had to pay 26$ for 20 of those? No way not ever when wingstops are almost double the size for dang near half the price ( and you get fries!) I don’t know if it’s some you just give to the buy one get one crowd so you don’t lose money or what but this is just sad if that’s the case then maybe just don’t run that special. I would, and will be avoiding now
