Well, I don’t ever make bad reviews or reviews in general unless the service is bad and this place met those qualifications as what was supposed to be a quick meal turned into roughly a two hour trip me and my wife and my son we’re going bowling so I stopped here for a quick dinner so also, I’ve never heard of the appetizer coming out with your meal, but I had already waited roughly 45 mins goes by so then we ask about the app well 10-15 minutes later the appetizer plus the dinner comes out all at the same time …… I’m really not one to complain but my gosh sometimes things are just that bad. Also to add in what made it even longer was we were waiting to be brought the bill easily almost 25-30 minutes after we were very much so OBVIOUSLY finished with our food. That bw3 definitely lost a customer and probably many more to come after an experience like that is crazy.

Overall, a great place for a chain restaurant. Service was fast and the server was extremely friendly. Everything came out as ordered and was flavorful as well as cooked properly. Plenty of things to select on the menu, including beverages. Overall, I would recommend this location to others and would return myself in the future.

Why is this location still open? Very inconsistent with just about everything. The prices are extremely high for the food you are given as the quality is continuing to decline. Rubbery burgers, dry wings with a dab of sauce and nachos that are nowhere near ULTIMATE. Wedges and fries are decent when they aren’t almost burnt. Won’t be ordering here again. Do better!!

This location is great! food is always good and service is way better than the brooklyn location. the new management is amazing! Bianca Crawford commenting that Jackie is a racist is absolutely insane. she is the sweetest person! calling someone a racist over the phone is wild. you can’t see color through the phone. i swear people love throwing the racial card any chance they get it’s just crazy to me. this location is great! don’t get mad because their togos are booked and busy and they cannot accommodate your orders. places get busy and time slots get filled!

When you come to Buffalo Wild Wings you basically know what your getting but today when the wings came out they were cold and additionally my buddy ordered the bottomless apps on average 30 min per return of the next item and 3-4 mins tops to eat them. The servers beauty can only go so far. If you promote a deal the reordering of your next item, should be a much faster process. Highly disappointed!

Unfortunately, even two stars would be generous for the quality of food we received. I ordered the Chicken Cheesesteak sandwich, which looked great on the menu—but what arrived was extremely underwhelming. The sandwich was small, dry, and nearly empty, with just a few pieces of chicken and a bit of cheese, all for $15. The wings were also a disappointment—dry, chewy, and tasted like they were made the day before. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We won’t be returning.

Very unhappy with the lack of service they gave. They made me wait nearly 20 minutes for beer cheese sauce and when I got my food it was cold and stale. I asked for my food to be remade and they refused to remake it and then proceeded to lie and say I didn’t want to pay for the sauce which I never said. Very poor experience and I won’t be coming back.
The managers were very dismissive and treated me poorly even though I spent my hard earned money.

I drove just a bit from Ohio City (19 mins) the bartender May was very attentive, very sharp, attractive, thoughtful, genuine and calming. The restaurant/bar was very clean.
Customers at tables seemed to treat it like “Cheers.”
