I got a to go order. 6 piece traditional wings, medium buffalo sauce! The first 3 of my wing had broken bones! I didn’t even try the rest! Normally BWW is good, just that day it wasn’t! And I dont blame anybody, it was just a bad batch of wings! It happens! Always next time! Plus when its Tuesday, you can’t beat that deal!

Food was good but the service was terrible . I waited at the to-go counter for over 10 minutes no one said hi or even to check on us there was a waiter and waitress around and both ignored me and the other person sitting there who has already been there for over 10 minuets before me. Do not eat here! I had placed an order of 6 hot wings and they gave me some other kind, I called in a girl name Paige answered the phone and said they would not replace it and hung up on me. Then I called back Bryce, the gm said he’s been there 18 years and would not replace my order either. Was very rude and food was gross. Will never order from here again.

The chicken wasn’t completely cooked in either item, Nashville spicy sandwich and honey BBQ salad. The salad also had spoiled lettuce. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from them and the 2nd time I had to throw my food away. I will never order food there again.

I am a regular traveling visitor. The food and face to face service is always as expected or above average. If you order “take out” you have to specifically ask for (and check for) eating utensils. I have ordered “to go” food from the bar about 30 times, and it’s norm not to get napkins or eating utensils, which is a problem if you are in a hotel. If I remember to ask, it’s no problem. I usually don’t (my fault). Tonight, no requested sauces, ketchup, plastic utensils, or napkins came in the bag. Food was good and service at the bar great (Jamie).
Ask for and check for utensils and your sauces because I think it’s normal practice for them not to pack them.
Follow up: Sept 03. Same great service. Food is exactly as ordered. No eating utensils or napkins came in the takeout. I forgot to check. Eating with fingers again.

Food was good but cold when we got it. Rarely seen the waitress had to go ask other staff for drinks and ask when our food was ready. Had to get our own silverware and napkins as well. Also they were not busy while we were here. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless management steps up.

Update***** David Moore was our server tonight and provided us with EXCEPTIONAL service! This place was previously HORRIBLE with the service & waiting to be greeted at the front door in months past. We decided to give it a fourth try and were pleasantly surprised. Food was very face, refills were filled quickly and conversation between server and us were pleasant. We appreciate good service and love BWW! Keep the horrible, unhappy servers away and keep the good ones PLEASE!!! We will continue to frequent here if this service is the foundation of this place!
