Sunday, August 28, 2022: worst experience with the worst server ever. I reminded myself why I havent been here for so long lol. Young, liar, brat server with attitude of entitlement and hurt feelings should not be working in food service industry. She messed up such a simple order, didnt like the feedback and retaliates instead of apologizing. Terrible attitude from her that made us upset and we returned with attitude. We didnt come here for poor class behaviors from this ridiculous little girl. She cant get easy orders right. Duh! Manager was nice and told us he would discuss her attitude with her. For every action is a reaction. Her actions caused our reaction, she was provoking us. Worst service and server ever! We came in for drinks, wings and tator tots. We got messed up food order and aweful service and attitude from a ridiculous, self entitled little girl server who cannot handle her mistakes. Terrible person, service. We will not be back to this establishment in Zanesville

The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I would have given 5 stars, but the restaurant was pretty dirty, especially the protective plastic that separates the booths. It was pretty gross and not what you want to see right before eating.

Wings are Ok. The size has gotten smaller over the years, but that’s not why I go there now. The burgers are the best in town. $1 take fee is BS though. You charge me $1 to pickup my food. I emailed corp and never got an explanation.

If you see Miki Kulani’s review DISREGARD. This Buffalo Wild Wings has by far been the best I’ve visited. My drinks and food were delivered promptly, were fresh, and perfectly prepared. Could not have had a better experience. As a frequent diner in Zanesville, I personally know that Miki is known as a manipulator who intentionally antagonizes workers and make absurd demands to see how far people can be pushed. Zanesville’s economy and restaurant scene is not something to be toyed with. Do yourself a favor and visit this Bdubs for some fresh food and amazing service!!
