Waited fifteen minutes for anyone to even greet my wife and I being ignored by the super dismissive employee at the “carry out box” behind the host podium. When we were finally approached. I said no thank you and turned around and walked out only to be told “Okay have a nice day.” (As if we were at fault for our decision to leave.) this was 10 minutes ago I’m now seated at Roosters and Rachel already brought our drinks. Thanks for the warning of service and food to follow.

Dear GM Brandon, We have to be better. You have good local talented servers. What you do not have is an entire team that can work togethar. Last I checked that was your job, as a leader to create. Please stop what you are doing and figure out a way to do better. A 6 party should never have to take up a servers table for over 2 hours, have cold food, and your staff learning to talk with unhappy customers, because you were not mature enough to face the customers yourself. Leadership good sir. A real shame. Will never be back.

Ordered thru door dash & part of our meal was missing. It was my daughter’s birthday dinner & she didn’t even get her potato wedges or drink. Manager wouldn’t let us come in to get missing items just because it was door dash. Door dash didn’t come in & make the food or package it, that was all on BW but wasted money paying for items they could have easily replaced. Poor customer service

First service was very good. How ever being as slow as they were the food came out cool not even warm . My wife’s was hot but mine was cool . Also the quality of food just ok maybe not even ok . I was very disappoint especially for the cost .

Waited 40mins on food. Came out cold. Didn’t get refills so I had to get our table all the refills. Service is just terrible. Its almost like the waitresses all go to break together and never come back

The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I would have given 5 stars, but the restaurant was pretty dirty, especially the protective plastic that separates the booths. It was pretty gross and not what you want to see right before eating.

Sunday, August 28, 2022: worst experience with the worst server ever. I reminded myself why I havent been here for so long lol. Young, liar, brat server with attitude of entitlement and hurt feelings should not be working in food service industry. She messed up such a simple order, didnt like the feedback and retaliates instead of apologizing. Terrible attitude from her that made us upset and we returned with attitude. We didnt come here for poor class behaviors from this ridiculous little girl. She cant get easy orders right. Duh! Manager was nice and told us he would discuss her attitude with her. For every action is a reaction. Her actions caused our reaction, she was provoking us. Worst service and server ever! We came in for drinks, wings and tator tots. We got messed up food order and aweful service and attitude from a ridiculous, self entitled little girl server who cannot handle her mistakes. Terrible person, service. We will not be back to this establishment in Zanesville
April 2021: Was a pleasant dining experience. Tried the street tacos for the first time here and was pleasant surprised. Bar service was wonderful.
January 16, 2021 Experience:
Service and food has improved. We were in this evening for dinner. We enjoyed the hot served food and the cold served drinks. Veggies looked good too! My granddaughter was happy and that’s very important to me. Server was pleasant and atmosphere was good. Social distancing at the front entrance was not practicing the 6′ rule. Groups in bunches huddled and other customers coming in not even 2′ behind them. A real cluster for those leaving too. Someone should be assigned in front to enforce the covid rules as other B-Dubs in Columbus do.
First week of January 2021:
Stopped in between errands couple times this week for a tall Rhinegeist Truth and large order tater tots. JANUARY, barkeep/server was nice.
2020 Experience:
As far as B-Dubs here in Zanesville on Brandywine Blvd… Food is mediocre (had so much better at other wings places). Prices increased while quality and quantity decreased. Menu style and pricing change often. Wings are small and previously frozen, overcooked a lot of times, as well as overpriced. Hit or miss on service (mostly miss). There are a few servers as well as a manager that need to be re-trained on good customer service and professionalism. Their rudeness and I-hate-my-job attitude is very unbecoming. Families don’t come here to experience such behaviors. However, there are some that are pleasant. Atmosphere (as in decor and lighting) of establishment is nice for being a sports bar – restaurant. Would be better if staff would change their demeanor to a pleasant one. More frowns than smiles from them. Have many screens to choose from. Disappointed most of the time when food finally arrives to our table. Wrong order, forgotten order, cold food due to forgetting about our table, rotting vegetables served (must’ve forgotten to clean out their inventory), sloppiness of presentation. Not attentive to clearing off tables periodically. They ignore them till you say something, then we receive attitude. Observe same poor service from other tables, booths, customers nearby. Odd thing is, that when it wasn’t busy, they were just talking to their friends/co-workers instead of taking care of their customers. Good place to go to meet up on occasion with a group of friends to catch a game and enjoy fun and spirits. B-Dubs in Columbus are much better with food quality and presentation as well as good, pleasant service! Would NOT dine here (North Zanesville location) if it weren’t for the children and/or friends who want to come to watch the games. I’d prefer a BW3’s in Columbus. If locally, Old Falls Inn or The Barn for good wings with prices that won’t leave your wallet empty! Their bar carry a nice range of beers on tap, one of which, Guinness, being my fave! I believe only 3 or 4 places in both Zanesville and S. Zanesville, carry Guinness on tap. Happy reading and hope we were helpful.

My family and I went into the bww in zanesville ohio. There were 9 booths and 6 available tables. But we still were told that they were not allowed to seat anyone and there was a 20 min wait. Because the kitchen was trying to catch up. There were only my wife and I with our 4 year old child. So I asked if we could just be seated and have drinks and order later when the kitchen was caught up. She left and came back 10 mins later which half the time had passed and told us that the manager says absolutely not. And wanted to take our name and number to put us on a wait after we had been there 15 mins or so after the fact.

We’ve literally been sitting on this bench for 45 minutes waiting on two combo wings and ask the service is everything ok? Because service usually does not that this long and she tells me repeatedly they are waiting wings. I’m sorry waiting on Wings? This is a Wing Joint how are we waiting? But I’m in food business so perhaps service or attended could be little bit nicer; And or compelled to make customers happy with a beverage or some sort but rudeness is uncalled for thank you
