Okay, hear me out.
My family loves some BDubs. For as long as I can remember it’s been in our rotation. But also for as long as I can remember, trying to eat in a BDubs restaurant is excruciating. The service has always been SO slow, you wonder if you’ve been forgotten at least twice. If you order any extra sauce, it’s ALWAYS forgotten, and if you ask for more, there’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get it. Your food will probably be wrong, you get the idea.
But fam, that’s not the case here.
Ever since it opened, this has been one of the best restaurants to go to service-wise, full stop. The staff is so kind and thorough, they always get it right, and we’ve never felt like we’re wondering if somehow we’ve turned invisible. We used to live in Circleville, and no longer do, but we always drive to this Buffalo Wild Wings when we want to eat in. And it is ALWAYS worth the extra few minutes’ drive.

I’ve been here twice over the last month. The first time we received our entire meal before we ever got our drinks. We had to ask several different employees to get the drinks. The second time we were there for 2 hours. We asked for our check twice over the course of 30 minutes. The staff is running around like a chicken with their head cut off. Staff appropriately especially on the weekends.

The service was amazing. We got seated right away she kept coming by to see if we were okay and everything tasted good or we needed a refill. The food was hot (salad was cold obviously) and tasted good. The TV was so loud you couldnt hear the person across from you but other than that we had a great night.

If ordering during a major event you most likely will be sick the day after because food is being pre cooked and left waiting till your scheduled pick up . I understand the need to fill the mass of orders but chicken wings that are served at room temperature is not good

Quick service, super friendly server! Food was perfect and fresh. Deinks were refilled without even asking. Think the server was named Ray or Rae? Love the wedges with cheese. Really woth they would bring back Buffalo chips, Caribbean Jerk and Asian Zing. Teriyaki was great, get them “extra wet” so they are covered with the sauce. They even have Cheese curdes!!! Definitely will return.
