Ordered directly from the menu i was given. Asked for an Octoberfest Sam Adam’s, server asked, “Sam Adams?” I said, “the Octoberfest.” She replied, “yes.” I was brought the winter ale and when I mentioned that it didn’t look like an Octoberfest, she then stated they didn’t have it anymore and this is the new seasonal. Not what I ordered. Poor start when server can’t get drinks right. Floors could use a vacuum because they are littered with debris. Not a fan of the honey garlic, i see why it’s limited. bb q’s off exit 1 has honey garlic flavor that puts BWWs to shame. Shouldve picked another flavor. Wedges were good. Winter beer is gross, wouldve rather got a beach bum, might very got 2 of those.

My 10 piece boneless was cold and hard so we asked the manager I think her name was Liz to drop me some fresh ones without a hold time and found out she just brought me 10 more out of the same batch !!!! Very shitty!!!!! But our beautiful server took care of it which is the only reason why it got 2 stars.

Kolleen & Jonathon were really rude. Kolleen got mad bc my order was wrong I said bone in and the cooks gave me boneless, I overheard her say the cooks were being useless and she don’t know why they’re not getting anything right. As a coworker that is very rude and as a server just because you’re angry with something else doesn’t mean take it out on the customers. didn’t refill my drink, had to stop her everytime we needed something because she acted like she didn’t want to help us with anything, she walked right past us when she know we need help. We asked jonathon for napkins and he said to ask our waiter in a rude tone, but was helping every other table around us. both of them were staying by the back tables unless they needed to go to the kitchen, basically just overlooking us as if they didn’t want to help us. when we were about to leave she mixed our checks up and was rude about it when tryna get it fixed so she called the manager and the manager was also rude, slammed change And had a smart mouth. I never got treated like this anywhere. Definitely won’t be coming back. Place definitely needs a whole new crew.

I don’t normally make bad reviews, and I know Bdubs isn’t known for nachos, but got DAMN those nachos were wildly TERRIBLE. And it’s hard to mess up nachos so who knows what else they serving out this kitchen.
“The ultimate nachos” were ultimately the WORST nachos I’ve ever had. Paid extra for chicken, & I shit you not, it looked to be shredded chicken from a can no salsa, no queso, no chili, hardly any shredded cheese at all, a few pickled peppers,, and very little shitty quality pico de gallo. Mostly just sour cream & soggy chips.

Person on phone was kinda rude, so I expected as much when I got there.

This was our first time here at this BWW location. We were seated immediately and brought drinks. We ordered mozzarella sticks and dubs tator tots, they came out within 15 minutes! The tator tots were SO good, the toppings were spread out evenly so no tot was left behind. The mozzarella sticks were okay-nothing crazy. We ordered wings after and those came out in no time! They had a lot of sauce on them! Everything was really good and our service was quick! We never got our waitress’ name but she was on top of it, we never went without water which is important when eating wings! They also had wet wipes at the table for when you were done. We will be back!

First off this place is nasty. Floor is an absolute mess. Secondly they have no A/C with no sign or anyone telling you. Outside seating was full now I know why! Not a good way to treat customers. I know Sunbelt has industrial A/C units to rent. It is HOT inside the restaurant! This is ridiculous!

I had placed an order for 20 wings and fries. I had ordered around 10:55pm and picked it up around 11:20, when I brought it home..the chicken was literally rock hard and overcooked and barely warm, hardly any sauce on them..and the fries were already cold. Like I would understand if I had ordered like 20 min before closing but that wasn’t the case at all. I’m very very disappointed in the food here especially for paying almost $20 for it.
