The waitress that was on duty was hardly present to check on us. Drinks sat empty. We came in and was seated before 2 other parties that came in 15-20 min after us and they had their orders before we even had ours. The food was cold by the time it reached the table. Wings were burnt, chicken was burnt. They tried to hide the burnt food by drowning the wings in sauce. Definitely will not go back to this location

This place is a bar and grill chain.
Extremely noisy atmosphere with televisions surrounding the dining room offer continual overstimulation. I couldn’t hear my hostess or my server and felt like we were all shouting…and we were! If you like this type of noisy boisterous atmosphere then you might like it. Definitely NOT a family type restaurant although I saw many young folks there with young children which is astounding.
Very expensive for what was ordered. Just under thirty dollars plus tip made it over thirty for 2 people and order consisted of a burger and fries and a chicken sandwich with fries and 2 diet colas.
Food was mediocre – typical chain. Spouse did enjoy the Ghost pepper sauce and took some home, but they do not sell the sauce.
Unique:. Food server on a paper sheet on top of an aluminum flat pan.
Servers were some standoffish although pleasant and kept things well attended to. Manager was right on top of things and quite pleasant.

The traditional wings are terrible! They’re too small, and dry. You’d think a place named Buffalo wild wings would have decent traditional wings.
Not sure if all the Buffalo wild wings are the same, if so, they need to change their name to wild potato wedges. They have excellent potato wedges. Their traditional wings suck.

Awful place to go to. Service did not acknowledge.Food took much longer than expected to be made. Food also had been too well done. Asked for extra wet was not extra wet. Order was taken wrong. Manager apparently did not know regional number. Overall if your looking for dissatisfaction at BWW it’s definitely this store location. What a disappointment.

To go order. Long wait. Food was terrible. I guess crumbs are considered boneless wings now? Wedges were burnt. Threw half my food away. No meat in the wings and they are smaller than a quarter. Picture is two wings I got.

Our server was perfect. The food was cooked perfect. The store has an odor of musty or mold idk but it smells so bad in there I couldn’t sit to order food after finishing our appetizer. The store smells so bad.

Newer waitress got our order wrong. My husband was going to eat what they brought, not to make a fuss. Waitress said they’d replace the onion rings they got wrong. She NEVER said we’d be charged. Bill came and we were charge 6.99 for her mistake. We told them it wasn’t fair. He didn’t care. We paid, but did not leave a tip. Her tip went to the cost of replacing HER mistake. We used to eat there weekly. No more. Will find another location if need be. Very unprofessional.

Worst dining experience I have had in years. Why have mixers listed on the menu, if there isn’t a button on your little tablets to fix a simple cocktail (servers verbiage, not mine) The whole place felt gross and dirty our server wasn’t groomed at all. Small potion of fries, Undersized and bland cheese steak. Never again! Chicken fingers were extra crunchy.

The fact that the kitchen and then the server brought out what they thought was Ultimate Nachos to our table was an abomination. I cannot believe this is what you serve at this location. An absolute joke. Saturday night, out of Beer of the Month, Traditional Wings and garbage food sent out to the table. As a former manager for franchise and corporate locations, I’ve been disgusted with the service, food quality and experience in this restaurant. Do better. This is a disgrace to the company.
