Every staff member was super professional, kind, and polite, while also still being relatable, which is delicate balance to pull off. The food was amazing! Everything was hot off the grill and really great, especially those French fries!

Poor guy working the front needed help and no one to spare apparently…
LOTS of people waiting for to go orders, I was told 15 minutes and 35 minutes later they’re still making the burger (I ordered wings, hoping they’re not ice cold when I get them!).
Management finally shows up to help Frontline… But only helped one of the SEVEN people waiting. SMH
Restrooms were smelly, unclean, and in disrepair.
Edit: food was pretty good despite the wait. Burger wasn’t topped correctly but was still good, potato wedges were really good and my wings were delicious.

I don’t go to Buffalo Wild Wings a lot. As a wing guy I find there’s lacking. My daughter enjoys it though so I took her and decided to get something not wings.
Turns out everything was great. May go back for non-wing food soon.

This place has gone downhill very quickly. The food is expensive and the wing size is ridiculously small. This time we even got HALVED celery sticks. Will not be ordering again from this place.

As soon as we walked in, the demeanor overall felt bad. The host had attitude with us, they wanted us to just sit in the bar so she wouldn’t have to seat us but we requested a booth and they acted standoffish about it. We ordered the three dip trio or something like that for our appetizer and the guacamole was awful, no flavor and tasted like they just put avocado in a bowl but the salsa and cheese was good. I ordered traditional and they gave me boneless. My SO received 5 wings instead of 6 and the food overall tastes like it’s been sitting there for awhile.

Food was ok. Beer cheese cheese steak sandwich didn’t have much cheese flavor at all. The fries were hot and crispy. The chicken sandwich was ok. A little dry. The server was nice and came to our table twice. Atmosphere was nice, usual bdubs atmosphere.

Ordered food from this location on New Year’s Eve! Yes, I knew it would take a bit, due to the busyness of the holiday! Ordered 2 of the 20 piece boneless wing deals, one with onion rings and one with potato wedges. The food had a decent taste, but just seemed like it had been sitting out for quite awhile. Could only eat half the food, and have been sick now to my stomach, for roughly 2 days. I don’t know if there was something in the food or where it had been sitting for so long, something went wrong, but just not ok. Would love to discuss this with some form of management. Looking at my rewards on the app, I do eat here frequently, so it hasn’t stoped me from this restaurant. Just want to get this issue resolved and see what can be done. Thank you!

Just received a delivery Order from here and we didn’t receive our drinks, fries was old, cold, and hard, and we didn’t get none of the sauces we ordered with the food. I originally called about the drinks because at the time of delivery thats all of what was seen. I spoke to the manager who refunded all my money because he didn’t like that i was upset about not getting what i paid for. Opening and eating the food the fries are cold and hard and no sauces. Whole meal ruined. Now i have to wait a week to get money back and order from another restaurant because the food was horrible. Waste of time and money

Walked in to a sign that says seat yourself. The bar area had more people than dining area. When we tried to seat ourselves there were absolutely NO clean tables!!! Only one girl running around on the floor alone. This is NOT good customer service! Seen several employees but not one greeted us, and the bathrooms and restaurant was disgusting! Needless to say we left before even sitting down!

to what we expected. most of the tables were not clean and we had to look for a table that was cleaned. we were at the restaurant around 3:30 and the place wasn’t very busy. we did get our food fairly quickly. my husband had the bone in wings and he wasn’t impressed. the wings were small and over half of the were not the drumsticks. i ordered the bacon smash burger. the burger was actually really good. the service was not up to par as we had to look for our server more than once to refill our drinks. we probably won’t be eating there in the near future.
