We were given cups that weren’t all the way washed out and tasted like sanitizer/soap. My food order was also wrong and they quickly redid it, but when it came out it also tasted weird like sanitizer. The server was very rude and dismissive. She was rude from the get go, my friend and I were being very nice the whole time. This has never happened when I’ve been here before, but I will not be going back

My partner and I wanted to grab an early dinner (or late lunch). We came in at 3:11pm on 7/11/24, seated ourselves, server came fairly quickly asking about drinks, and we ordered appetizer right away (chicken tots). Appetizer came out at 3:53 (40 minutes waiting for Appetizer, there were only 3 other tables of guests). We didn’t get any silverware, so I got up and asked, server said she will bring us some. 10 minutes later she came to the table and just threw 2 forks down (not wrapped in napkin at all). Tots were cold, but we didn’t want to have to wait another 40 minutes if we asked them to remake it. Rest of our food came out at 4:10 (10 traditional wings and brisket burger, which I asked without bacon aioli, but got it with, what seemed to be, extra bacon aioli. If I could give 0 stars, I would have. This is St Matthews, I had a top notch service at B dubs on Dixie Highway. Will never come back here nor would I encourage anyone else. (See for Pic of my potato wedges… sad). The food was tasteless, the burger was dry, and the brisket was mostly fat and gristle. Honestly, I have nothing to compare it to because I’ve never had such awful food before. Even fast food tastes better.

I will never be going back to this place ever again it is so unprofessional and disgusting and shameful How these workers act when preparing people, drinks and food or even carrying it. OK, I’ll start by saying me and my son and My grandchildren came To eat here last weekend Late night coming off a long drive once we get there it was very busy food took about 45 minutes to get there, but that’s not why I’m mad as we’re sitting there. It’s getting close to closing and they’re stopping the bar. No one else has left but pretty much us we’re paying on our way out the door my grandchildren want to use the bathroom. I don’t see anybody else in sight so he uses the bathroom and we go out the back. Go out the back way to the back parking lot My grandchild stops out of nowhere and starts the point as I look I see two grown people with each other, kissing with the guys’s hands in her pants and hers also in his then when they notice us, they quickly start to scramble, pulling up their pants and quickly run into the back. We instantly felt sick to the stomach thinking about if they’ve done this before or if they’ve done this before they brought our food that is so inconsiderate of others health and I hope you two get fired arrested I believe the girl was at the bar and the guy looked like he was the manager supervisor or somethingAs I remember both of them talking at the bar together when I asked about my status of our food So I’m sure he was a manager

“I am very disappointed with how much the prices have gone up at Buffalo Wild Wings. We live an hour away and used to make this a regular stop while shopping on the weekends. It used to be a fair price, but now it feels like you’re being taken advantage of.
We ordered 10 traditional wings each, some fries, and drinks—no liquor at all—and the bill was $70. That same meal was $40 not that long ago. I’ve talked to friends and family who have all said the same thing—the prices are getting out of control, especially on weekends when there are no deals. $70-$80 for a casual lunch is just too much. There are plenty of other places to eat in the area that actually value their customers. We won’t be stopping here anymore.”

Updating my review after recent order. I ordered and called for extra sauce on wings. To my surprise the wings were dry as hell and this is my 3 time getting like this from buffalo wild wings.dont know if buffalo is doing cost cutting. Unlikely i would not return as a customer anymore.

Awful experience. Don’t bother coming here on a Saturday. The service was terrible—our server actually vacuumed the floor while we were eating, which was unbelievable. The chicken was cold and not even fully cooked. Never again.

Pick up order and they seem to not even read the receipt or care about what food they gave me. Forgot entirely half of my order and gave me the wrong food. Worst service and BW in town. Always have had issues with orders from this location.

The fries both for my meal and my kids meal was to spicy. The waitress was hard to find so the endless apps was hard to order my cheese sticks was over cooked and we couldn’t get drink refills. Something was leaking from the ceiling and it was freezing cold inside. We even went out and got blankets from the car to cover up with. The kids chicken tenders was so dry.

I’ve come here for years, and I always get the same thing. The Chicken Wrap with Caribbean Jerk Sauce and the Potato Wedges. I can eat that and be fat and happy and not have a single care in the world. Yes ma’am. I love it. I’ve never had bad service here, in fact, years ago when a guy named Chris was behind the bar, and Trivia Night was hoppin’, man….. the service was exceptional. He had to have set the bar high before he left, because I really haven’t ever been disappointed here, and im a very frequent flyer. After all these years, I’m still a creature of habit. Eating the same delicious stuff that I’ve been eating all this time.
