I absolutely love this Buffalo Wild Wings! Every time I go, the food is fresh, hot, and high quality. The atmosphere is always good, and the staff is super nice , especially Miss Demisha. She’s great, always has a positive attitude, and really gets the job done.

Ordered 2 lunch specials 6 wings fries & drink. Got the food 5 minutes later. I knew food came out to fast to be fresh. Wings were cold and dry, fries hard cold and dry. I trusted my server at the register when she said cooks are quick and food is wonderful. We’ll so much for believing in her and this establishment. I really stopped eating at bdubs for the above reasons. This was a hope they’ve changed. But once again another big failure. From Florida to Kentucky. I moved here seems no cares about quality anymore. I’ll stay with the competition there better.

Overall the food was decent service was okay I guess. The waitress was really nice though.
The floor was filthy when we were being seated and the booth chair looked a hot mess. We ordered fried pickles which were okay some were over cooked and really hard to bite into. Then when we got the wings they were okay but again really crunchy more so than meaty but the flavor was pretty good. Then our bill got mixed up with someone else’s and we had to get that all sorted out.

I ordered food in the app, and it said it would be delivered by a certain time, but it took them almost an hour longer to receive my order. The food was completely cold when it arrived. The washer was waiting at the restaurant for almost an hour before the food was ready.

We waited for about 40 minutes for any food to come to our table. We did order an appetizer to help hold off the toddlers and kiddo, but it didn’t come till our food came. That being said, we definitely should have at least gotten the kids food first which was mac and cheese with fries. Our server apologized profusely about the appetizer not coming out beforehand, as there are food runners who run out the food. My husband’s burger and fries were cold and the burger was not very good. Which is saying alot as he usually isn’t one to complain. Then, by the time I got home, I was sick to my stomach. Overall experience was not pleasant. I had 6 wings, not hot by the way, and beer battered onion rings. Yeah……not going there again.

Honestly if I could give it zero stars I would. After being seated( over half of the restaurant was empty) we waited 15 mins and never even greeted nor asked our drink orders. One gentleman was standing at the check in desk, another cleaning a table, and two waitresses passed us twice, one of them serving the table next to us. I’m all about patience and understanding, but when over half of the restaurant is empty, there should be no reason to have to wait that long. We finally decided to get up, and one of the waitresses watched us walk out while another told us to have a good night. I replied thanks, we weren’t even served, and she had no response. So disappointed and will not be back to this location.

The brisket burger didn’t have brisket on it like the picture which is what i was wanting more of. I show the person that ring me out and said this all the brisket you put on there? She said yes. Not impressed with the portion size. Felt like she could’ve did more like idk another fork of brisket since it look more it was a pinch

I was really craving wings and these hit the spot! The fries that came with the wings were surprisingly good and the fried pickles were nice as well. I think they were supposed to come with ranch and vegetables as well but maybe those were left out. They weren’t really needed though. I went for the medium, tradition orange sauce and a teriyaki sauce for the wings. Both were flavorful and classic.

Maybe one of the worst 3 hours I’ve spent in my life. Terrible service, food took 2.5 hours to come out. We were never updated. We had to hunt down a waiter for drinks after an hour. Also, not a great spot to watch sports, they had CNN on TVs larger than the first football game of the year… That’s all you need to know.
I would absolutely never come back to this BWW, save your time and money.
