Sat at the bar and had appetizers, very friendly bar tender and quick with our order. Stuff potatoes tots was fantastic and good onion rings. Very clean and classy atmosphere that will grab your eyes. For sure, highly recommend this stop here for a quick visit/meals with your favorite adult beverages.

Attitudes are horrible. The African American manager does not need to be a manager of any sort. Was ordering online and had app issues. After multiple tries, my order was placed without me putting all my specifications in. Contacted the store and asked them to correct it and I would pay the difference. After making it into the store, the associate told me that they couldn’t fulfill my request. I told them to refund the order. Instead of giving me a slip showing a refund with the word refund and a negative sign, they made a homemade receipt and gave it to me . I asked the manager for a proper refund slip and he told me that he could not just give me one and that it was not his issue that I ordered my food incorrectly. I went on to let him know that my food was only ordered incorrectly due to their system. He said that wasn’t their issue. This is not his first time talking to customers like that. After I asked for the store managers number , he directed me to get it outside of the store if I wanted it . I left out of the door and he continue to address me in a rude way to his employees.

This was my first time here. The young lady complained the entire time and never addressed our needs. The food is ok. I ask for blue cheese and never got it. She never filled our drinks after walking back and forth at the bar. The other older guy was super slow and was watching the game instead or taken care of the customers. I am a professional restaurant owner in Memphis. I will NEVER come back to the Southaven buffalo wild wings. Things we never got while sitting at the bar. No refills, no napkins, no ketchup, the bottle was empty…. This place is trash. And a member of our party asked her a question she over look the guest but catered to the drunk guys that keep buying alcohol…

Excellent service. Our waitress was wonderful. The food was excellent. Had to ask for our table to be wiped, but it was done quickly and throughly. Great place to eat.

I recently placed an order online as I have done in the past with this buffalo wild wings. I dont ever check my order I let God decide if its right or not. Well this time it happened to not be right. But thats ok mistakes happen. It was a really busy night and what I ordered was very similar but different than what I got. One was wet and one was dry. As more of a way to vent I emailed a complaint to BWW and received a email response the next day and then a phone call from the kitchen manager apologizing. He offered for me to come by anytime, ask for him personally, and he would comp my original order.
I understand mistakes happen we are all human. But the way they handled it was very professional. I appreciate BWW and the Kitchen Manager for taking the time to make this right.

Me and my husband came into the south haven location and our waitress Ms. Candace was absolutely outstanding!!! Amazing hospitality and felt right at home! If anyone deserves a better position it would definitely be her!! She went above and beyond our entire stay. One of the best services I’ve ever received while being in a restaurant!

Service was slow. Didn’t have food tonight so just drinks and the place wasn’t very packed from a Friday night.
Men’s restroom was disgusting. Trash and filth everywhere. Didn’t look like it was cleaned for days. The stall door doesn’t lock properly either so hopefully you don’t mind sharing the stall with someone.

Left my name and number few months ago in attempt to get put through to corporate they clearly did not care. They were vacuuming around people eating had someone unlicensed behind the bar and had employees visibly hitting vapes just walking by like it was nothing along with a multitude of health concerns. We stopped eating in the middle of our meal and left to go puke in the parking lot.

03/03/23 Thought the 3rd time might be a charm but it was the biggest fail yet. I AM FURIOUS AND SO DISAPPOINTED. I dropped my original review from 2 stars to 1. After waiting 25 minutes and spending $70 in gift cards and $25 in cash for a take out order of 60 wings, I’m now still sitting here with 5 hungry adults and a very mad 10 year old. THESE ARE THE WORST WINGS IVE EVER GOTTEN FROM ANYWHERE IN MY LIFE! They were drier than over cooked gas station wings that sat under a heat lamp all day. Then the garlic parmasean ones weren’t even coated in barely any sauce and we got no carrots or celery. The service was rude and the girl handed my husband the wings and walked outside to go hang out at someone’s car and get some cake. I am done with this place for good. I deserve every dime plus some back for this ruined Sunday dinner that I now have to replace. Beyond pissed about this.

Finally found one that wasn’t too bad. Waited quite a while for a waitress to come by and notice us, only reason for even 2 stars was at least she was friendly, although we still wiped down our own table after asking for a cleaning towel. Then noticed the booth we were sitting at had an OPEN electrical outlet with wires exposed and hanging out loosely, and no cover! My husband ended up shoving them back in some because that’s a huge risk for someone with small kids. Our appetizer came out piping hot which was great, got the fried pickles. Our food however, came out stone cold and our wings so soaked in sauce it ruined them. We had them take it back and take it off the bill and left. We went to Hooters instead. Super disappointed. Do better BWWs.
