Came in. Waited for a table to be cleaned for about 10 minutes. We ordered a sampler and chicken nachos at 1:03 per our ticket. The sampler came out with sauces we didn’t order and missing what we did, no biggie deal, we got the new ones after they were heated up. At 1:35 we canceled the nachos. The service wasn’t good. Katie was not attentive or apologetic about my husband not having his food. I don’t recommend.

They don’t season your chicken anymore. Behold their dry rub wings. It’s naked chicken wings with seasoning in a box. Perhaps you will get one wing with one side that has some seasoning, but overall the wings will taste naked. Don’t buy food from here.

I would say this was a one off but after seeing how dirty the bathrooms and walls are, I’m going to say this might be the norm. 1. The menus aren’t accurate. The menus look new but were told they don’t carry certain drinks anymore. 2. The waitress didn’t get order right and didn’t even try and correct. 3. They play the sound at level 100 and tell you they can’t adjust, just yell to hear each other. 4. Ketchup bottle was empty and when we asked for another one the waitress brought another one with even less in it. DO BETTER!!

My brother and I are frequent patrons here and besides the food the one thing that has been consistent is Marcia.
She’s a great manager. I’ve seen her greet, cook, wait tables, clean tables, expo, sacrifice her time for the best interest of the company.
She’s also got a keen eye for hiring. Taylor was our waitress tonight and she was so personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and accurate with our order. The kitchen staff had it out within 10 minutes!
She’s a wonderful asset to this location and under Marcia’s leadership- this place is going to continue to thrive!

Tried the chicken sandwich with fries and a platter. The food was okay, but it could’ve been better. Fries were a little soggy and the onion rings were overcooked. Everything was still edible, just not impressive. Service was a bit slow too, but not rude or anything. Overall, it felt like a place with potential but needs more attention to detail.

Tried Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time. It was a Saturday evening and college football was on every TV. The service was excellent and the food was really good. It was so much better than I had expected. Definitely going back
Went back the following Saturday. We had 2 servers (trainee I’m guessing), one appeared to hate being there or strongly disliked our group the other tried to make up for the hateful one. Our food was cool to the touch and my tea was lighter colored than a light beer and tasted like sugar water. Got a replacement tea and it was the same. Over all, not the best experience.

Got the 20 boneless buffalo blue wings an 20 medium traditional wings a fries an hatch queso n chocolate cake an a cookie THE FRIES WERE ABSOLUTELY STALE FOR BITH ORDERS !!!! IT was very disappointing who messes up fries but everything else was ABSOLUTELY FRESH an amazing will definitely come back just probably not get any sides sadly

I enjoyed my meal here. We had to wait to be seated for several minutes, just seemed that no one noticed we had walked in, however, our server was attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic. The cheese curds make a great starter, the buffalo burger was delicious, and the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. I do think their prices are a little high and I wish they had breaded bone-in wings, but it’s good to visit every once in a while.

Our experience was fantastic yesterday evening, Jan 2. Our food was perfectly cooked and hot. The fried pickles are the best. The pretzel knots are really good. They taste more like nicely crusted pretzel buns than pretzels but dip them in beer cheese and it’s a great match. I like the cauliflower wings with the asian zing sauce. The traditional wings with original buffalo or orange chicken flavor. But the best thing I had by far was the beer cheese cheese steak. It was perfectly thin shaved sirloin, flavorful, and served on a soft delicious bun. That is something I will get again and again.

We were nervous after pulling up to an almost completely empty parking lot at 6:00 on a Saturday night. Jake was our server and he was phenomenal. Our food was out quickly and was very good.
