Went there Sat night around 5pm. It was crowded with a few seats at bar. Bartender told me her name is Cierra as she got me a beverage. I noticed she was always checking on all bar guests. Ordered chips and dip came out quickly. Ordered food came out reasonable since it was busy. All other guests seemed to get food reasonable time too. Beer was cold, food was hot. Service was great. A guy who I think was manager checked with me to make sure things were ok. I’ll definitely come back.

I ordered the deal they’ve for 21.99 on Uber last night. The food was absolutely trash burnt and cold. I was supposed to get a large fry with the deal but got a small instead. Ordering food on Uber is not cheap at all and it’s messed up they sent cold food. I feel like the employees didn’t care enough to send hot food. I will not be ordering from here ever again or getting anything in person from them .

We have given this place lots of chances and it always disappoints. Hostesses and servers always have an attitude. Had to wait to be seated for a while in an almost empty restaurant because the hostess wanted to vacuum the entryway first for some reason. Server was slow and not friendly. Boneless wings came out cold. Disappointing restaurant and leadership.

After placing an online order. I waited 15 mins before leaving the house.
I arrived there at the restaurant, and upon entering, I check in and let them know I had an online order. The lady at the counter said she would go and check on the order. She never came back.
A second lady said she would check, also never returned. After waiting almost 40 minutes. I was told Noone knew what happened to order and it was lost and they were making it know. 5 mins later hands me someone else’s order named Derrick. She said “don’t worry, Its all there”. Wasn’t my order at all. She then said your name is derrick right. I said no, my name is dustin for the 3rd time. Finally got my order, got it home only to find out our 20 pc traditional was a 18 pc. And our sauces were wrong.

Couples double date night (4 people) if you you can go anywhere else to spend $46 for 2 ppl for dinner do it. This restaurant wasn’t worth it, I and my friend got the ultimate sampler. Cheese sticks, original chicken crisps were dry and hard.
The only 2 things that were worth eating was the pretzel bites and bone in lemon pepper wings. My other friend got the bbq wings and sent them back because they were cold and totes weren’t crunchy just soft.
Food took 45mins to come out, waitress Alexis had a bad attitude and never asked us if we wanted refills on our drinks until we were almost done.
We visited this establishment probably about 3 months ago, food was fresh and hot. We had no issues.

First time coming to this location, and it was lovely!! My husband and I came on a Saturday afternoon! 30-minute wait to be seated, but our food and drinks came out at a respectable time. Spend 2 hours there just relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Will be back!

Food, amazing. Service, again amazing!! They had a problem seating a family of 6 at 1st. No one wanted to serve us so we had to wait 30 min for another server to come in an get her station ready to serve us…. that was the ONLY downside. Everything after that was amazing

Staff are always very friendly. Most of the time the food is hot. There are times when the food comes out cold but that is usually when they are really busy. It’s bdubs so if you don’t like people screaming when they watch sports, you probably won’t like it.

We were visiting out of town and to say the least this was probably one of the worst BWW experience we’ve had with food. Wings were cold, one that was bitten into still had ice inside. Some were warm. I will say they did get us a new batch of wings and the wings were still okay didn’t have a very good flavor. Most likely just left a sour taste. The burgers were actually very good. Service was good, were got to sit down very quickly. Probably wouldn’t comeback to this place for the wings.
