So I sit down at the bar and I can smell the disgusting rot beer drain. I almost got up and left right there but I was really hungry. Then to be served a Pepsi but one sip and i could tell there wasn’t enough syrup coming to the machine. The box in the back was empty . Next my French fries were old. They had been sitting under a heat lamp and they sucked. So after all the 2 days later I see the charge on my credit card. The bartender that night added more to her tip. It wasn’t much but still, that’s extra money you took from me. I will never be returning to this location. Absolutely trash.

From the moment we were finally seated, Devin greeted us promptly with a big, positive attitude and made us feel welcome right away. Throughout our entire visit, he consistently checked on us, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything was exactly how we needed it. His attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out and made the whole experience even better.
It’s rare to find service that is both efficient and genuinely friendly, but Devin absolutely delivered. Because of him, our visit was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

If you come to this BWW like I did 3 times you will get the smallest nuggets for wings you have ever seen. They are as small as the carrots. They use the bottom of the bucket for customers on none busy days. So terrible. I will not come back to this BWW and I love BWW. I’ll drive an hr away before I eat here again.

They sat us at a table, I went back and requested a booth, I even said I was able to wait, the male greeter said: “Sorry no booths available and I can not remove people from them” (like that was my request?)
Went back to him (chairs are uncomfortable for my back problems) and I requested the manager.
Manager came to us with this attitude, not even a smile, and sat us at an available booth, he then served us himself, with the help of another female server.
I believe his name was Dominic, a male server/manager. I did not appreciate his rudeness at all. No reason for that.
The female server that came to check on us about 2 times was nice.
CS should definitely be improved!
The food was not that great, I did like the wedges.
Atmosphere is fun with the tvs.

The service was good. The only thing is it took 55 minutes to get a sandwich. I was told they gave my food to someone else which is fine. When the food came out finally you could tell they put a new sandwich with old potato wedges who knows how long they sat in the window. Didn’t mind the wait just make sure you serve it all fresh and not parts of it. Also a manager never came by and talked to me or was even on the floor.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a delivery from this location and called to confirm and the manager on duty “Bobby” answered the phone. I gave him two simple instructions which were to fry my wings crispy and add “sprinkle lemon pepper” on top of the flavor I ordered which was medium. Of course, the order was wrong when it arrived. I called and a lady answered I explained to her what happened! Then she gave the phone to the manager who took the order. He instantly started yelling with an attitude without me explaining what was wrong. Bobby: you a lie I bagged your order and checked it and it is correct- you can come up here- yeah do that and hang up in my face. This man was rude for no reason instead of resolving the issue. I will never order from this location again. The wings didn’t even look done and the wings had no sauce did I mention they put the whole bottle of lemon pepper on my wings?

I left.
I have money to spend but if you are too lazy to walk an extra 15 feet, you’re not getting a dime.

Admittedly, it’s been many years since I’ve been in a “Sports Bar.” And this place definitely fills the bill. 36 TV screens from my vantage point. If you’re a sports fan this place will probably rate “4” for you, especially if your team is playing. Service was nice & prompt, drink was good. Asian fried cauliflower could use some work; side salad was fine. Fries (not shown) were cold upon arrival & re-ordered. I’m sure wings r yummy.

We ordered boneless wings and got breaded slices of chicken breast. When it was brought to the waiter’s attention. He was honestly confused. I don’t think he knew the difference. We won’t be dining there again. I don’t like being deceived and then treated like I’m too stupid to know the difference! Wings are literally part of your brand! So, don’t sell me chicken breast and try to pass it off as wings If I wanted chicken nuggets I would’ve went to McDonalds and save myself some cash! Our bill was over $100 for lunch!
